Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse Obama document fraud investigation report on new findings since the March 1st, 2012 press release. Full video version.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio is the only law enforcement officer in America who has stood up to challenge Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility — and has demonstrated tremendous courage, fortitude and commitment in staying the course. Yet, he faces a barrage of constant attacks from the media and the political establishment.

The latest comes from his own Maricopa County, Arizona, Board of Supervisors, who tried to embarrass him and undermine his efforts by refusing a five thousand dollar reimbursement from the sheriff’s volunteer Cold Case Posse for expenses incurred in a trip to Hawaii to investigate Obama’s birth certificate and related matters. Those expenses were for a deputy who accompanied lead investigator Mike Zullo for security purposes. The reimbursement lost by a two-to-two vote, in the absence of Supervisor Fulton Brock. It was Supervisors Mary Rose Wilcox and Don Stapley who rejected the funds. Arpaio spokeswoman Lisa Allen explains both were subjects of sheriff’s investigations in the past and had filed claims alleging wrongful prosecution.

The posse announced in March it found probable cause that the image released in 2011 by the White House as birth documentation for Obama is a forgery. Another news conference is scheduled in a few weeks, and Sheriff Arpaio promises important new revelations. He launched the investigation at the request of constituents who feared that placement of Obama’s name on the state’s 2012 ballot would constitute fraud if Obama were found ineligible.

Posse lead investigator Zullo tells WND, “We are trying to conduct an investigation with zero cost to the taxpayers. They refused to take the money. We don’t understand how that helps the taxpayers.” According to Zullo, the deputy was needed on the Hawaii trip because he was allowed to be armed as a sworn officer, while volunteer investigators from the Cold Case Posse were not.

Zullo also says the Hawaii trip was all business. “From my [motel] balcony I had a view of an alley, a check cashing place and a liquor store.” He noted the room cost only one hundred twenty nine dollars a night, which is a low rate for most locations in the Aloha state.

After the investigative trip to Hawaii, WND reported an intelligence source, who warned early last year that a forged Obama birth record would be released, now says a forged “original” birth certificate intended to pass forensic inspection by using 1961 materials is being prepared and could be made public as an “October surprise.” But Arpaio insists on seeing the entire roll of microfilm that contains Obama’s birth record and submitting it to court-certified forensic examiners to determine authenticity.

On June 17, Fathers Day, 2012 the Islamic Relief USA partners with Islamic Relief Worldwide sponsored a Fundraiser for Palestine / Hamas. Ahmed Bedier tasked with bringing bodies to the fundraiser could only persuade a mere 100-125 supporters of Hamas in both Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale according to our sources inside the event.

Conversely, the Tea Party of Ft. Lauderdale brought out 100 protestors to rally against the terrorist funding ties that are legendary with Islamic Relief.

• This “occupation” doesn’t even have to be an occupation at all. Gaza Strip has voted for the government it has, and while there is not a Jew left in Gaza, still they bombard Israel with bombs. Israel has NEVER initiated any action against the Palestinians without provocation, ie murders of its populace and destruction of property. Had the Palestinians chosen peace, there would have been a Palestinian state aside of Israel a long time ago. They did not, and it is clear they never will.

Jim "Race Bannon" Bancroft

Jim “Race Bannon” Bancroft- Obama in 1980 said he was born in Mombasa, Kenya – The stunning admission was made to a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, in a chance meeting in the vicinity of Kalakaua Blvd., one evening in early August of 1980.

The now, former Marine is a highly respected member of the Free-Republic online-community, and he has published the account of his personal meeting with the then Barry Soetero online at the Gathering of the Eagles Blog. After the divorce of Barry’s mother from his adopted father, Lolo Soetero, he began using the name “Barack Hussein Obama,” by which he is knows the world over, today. At the Free Republic, the ex-Marine goes by the name Race Bannon.

The crucial part of his testimony regards what he writes in his essay, “Another crappy day in paradise, or The things you see when you ain’t got a gun.” Speaking of his encounter with Soetero, Bannon writes:

He also told me something that I never forgot, for it caused me to do some other things in an effort to be nice to him and possibly a favor. We spoke of where I had been and the world as I saw it. I told him I had been to Africa , Mombassa specifically, and he said to me abruptly, “I was born there.” I told him he is not eligible to be president if that was true, but I remembered he said his mom was an American, so, maybe it was okay. But it was what I did after that makes this a true memory: I went back to the barracks and told others of this guy and suggested we all grab our photo albums and visit him again and show him pictures of Mombassa so he could see where he was from.

No one wanted to go, and at that time, my camera had failed me weeks before we hit Mombassa and it was late August or early September until I had borrowed someone else’s pictures to develop myself so I had copies of where I was. But I never forgot meeting that man for those reasons. I was going to do him a favor and show him his home country of birth. And I never went back for some reason, most likely I forgot to or just felt that a one time chance encounter would be meaningless to both of us and didn’t mean we were friends.

Bannon then closes his testimonial with the following observation:

In the light of what is called “The Birther” movement, these memories are still foremost in my mind concerning this. While I cannot swear it was Barak Obama, all the details I do remember of that chance encounter fit the profile of the man who some people claim is born in Kenya and others claim he was born in Hawaii . The man I met was about 18, thin, Mulatto, told me he was born in Mombassa, raised overseas, was living in Hawaii and hadn’t yet been to many places in the world outside of those places, mostly, hadn’t been to the mainland of America for any long time period if at all. And he openly told me he wanted to be President.

And I remember that face, the face of a young man who sat on a table to my right front, his hands resting on the edge of the table, him leaning forward, his smile, all teeth. It was Barak Obama. I don’t know if I’d bet my life on it, but I am willing to tell people openly at the risk of my ridicule. I was there, and saw him, spoke to him, and he openly told me he was born in Mombassa, Kenya, not Hawaii .

Does it matter? Of course it does. It should not have to be explained as to why it matters.

Race Bannon’s testimony is corroborative of that of two witnesses to the uncut version of the Obama vs. Keyes Senatorial Debates of 2004. The first and second testimonials of which can bre read at The Post & Email. Five African News Agencies also reported that Obama was born in Kenya.

Before this film was posted I had several email conversations with Josh Ruebner regarding the validity of his statement where he says that Israeli officers were using Nazi tactics learned during the Warsaw Ghetto uprising to use on the Gaza Strip.

I researched the article by Amir Oren and saw that the Israeli Officer(s) who made these statements that they were using Nazi Warsaw Ghetto tactics were not named. Since the source was not named there is no way to verify the comments attributed to the Israeli officers.

Josh does not let fact checking get in the way of a good story to defame the Israeli military. I gave Josh the opportunity to recheck the Haaretz story and then make a new comment based on this new information regarding his source and the fact the person(s) who made the quotes he referenced can not be verified.

The last email I received from Josh was a bit snarky but here it is,

I confront Josh with his “source issue” and an intellectually honest person would step back from the claim and respond by saying that he will not use those comments publicly until the source is verified.

Josh Ruebner does the opposite.

Josh is a complex person because according to Discover the networks.com it says,”In 1996, Ruebner, while still in college, witnessed a Palestinian suicide bomber blow up a bus in Jerusalem, killing 27 people and slightly injuring Ruebner himself. In reaction to this attack against innocent Israelis, Ruebner made a public call for “more understanding [by Israel] of the Palestinian position” — on the theory that such a course of action would help diminish the rage that spawned such acts of violence.”

Josh was the victim of a Palestinian suicide bomber and became a sympathizer of the Palestinian terrorist murderers.

In 2001, Ruebner met privately with Yasser Arafat and Dr. Hanan Ashrawi. History has proven out Arafat to be a supporter of terrorism not only against the Israelis but against their fellow Muslims. The historical record shows Arafat has much blood on his hands not to mention he also stole tens of millions of dollars right out of the Palestinians he championed.

“By Ruebner’s reading of history, Arab forces did not attack Israel in 1948 and 1967; rather, Israel was the aggressor state. Ruebner contends that Israel’s creation (in 1948) constituted a “blatant theft of Palestinian land” that was “accompanied” by a “policy of ethnic cleansing,” and that “Israel’s [subsequent] treatment of the Palestinian people” has been “a moral outrage and a blight on the soul of the Jewish people.” Ruebner writes about “the daily humiliations” and “human rights abuses to which Palestinians are subjected” while living under Israel’s “brutal occupation.” He accuses Israel of trying “to impose a permanent bantustan-like system of apartheid on the Palestinian people.”

Asserting that Arab anti-Americanism — such as that which prompted the 9/11 attacks — is fueled largely by the close alliance that exists between the U.S. and Israel, Ruebner asks: “How many more Twin Towers need to fall before we realize that there are indeed consequences of the action (or inaction) that our democratically elected government takes in our name?”

Part of the psychology was exposed in this video. Josh’s inability to honestly look at his facts and his vile statements not matching up was of little concern to him.

So life goes that a window into a persons character is what they do when they think nobody is watching and more importantly what one does when they get caught and exposed.
