Arizona official to Hawaii: Show birth verification!!!

A state official in Arizona has asked Hawaii for verification of the information on Barack Obama’s birth certificate, the document that Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s special investigative team has concluded may be a forgery.

Members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party, who petitioned Arpaio to investigate Obama’s eligibility, say they are awaiting word from the state secretary of state regarding whether Obama’s name will be on the 2012 presidential ballot in Arizona.

Secretary of State Ken Bennett had promised to ask Hawaii officials for verification of Obama’s documentation, vowing that if answers are not forthcoming, Obama’s name will not be on the ballot.

The assurance came in an email to various constituents in Arizona who had contacted Bennett’s office expressing concern that the name of an ineligible candidate would be presented to voters in November.

“Because of the importance and profile of the president’s case, and at the request of many constituents, I have gone the extra step of asking the state of Hawaii to verify the facts contained in his birth certificate,” Bennett wrote in response to concerns last month. “Hawaii is bound by their own statutes to provide such verifications to other state officials in their official duties.

“With all due respect, the [Arpaio] investigation has not proven anything other than raised probable cause that the birth certificate posted on the White House website ‘may be’ a forgery. The next lawful step would be for the sheriff’s office to turn their findings over to the county attorney for prosecution,” he continued. “Evidence would be brought on both sides and a judge should issue a decision.

“Whether or not that happens, if Hawaii can’t or won’t provide verification of the president’s birth certificate, I will not put his name on the ballot,” he wrote.

“I can tell from the tone and language of your letters that the only acceptable outcome for you is that his name not be on the ballot, period. That may be what happens, but under my watch, it won’t happen based on opinions, petitions, probability or pledges to support or oppose me in the 2014 governor’s race. My oath of office is to uphold the Constitution and laws of our state and country, and I’m going to do that by following the law,” he said.

Amen, said Brian Reilly, the Surprise Tea Party member who originated the idea of asking Arpaio for an investigation.

He also was part of the group that sought from the state legislature this year a requirement that presidential candidates document their eligibility. The proposal that fell by the wayside despite some 3,000 signatures of people endorsing the plan.

Reilly told WND that those who contacted Bennett are concerned about the integrity of the state ballot and “whether their votes mean anything.” He argued, as have others, that having an ineligible candidate on the ballot destroys the integrity of the entire election process.

Reilly said he’s confident the system will produce the truth eventually. And Tea Party members are awaiting word on whether Hawaii has provided the information Bennett has sought.

“In my mind, no way can (Hawaii) certify or confirm what that is,” he said, referring to the birth certificate image posted online by Obama. “We actually need to see the hard copy.”

One constituent message to Bennett said, “There is a great deal of weight that has been placed onto your shoulders, base[d] on the requirements that your office has and can impose … on anyone that wishes to run for president. All that we ask is that you do your absolute best, to [e]nsure that everyone who[se] name appears on the ballot in the 2012 president election, is eligible to become president if elected.”

Bennett’s communications director, Matt Roberts, told WND today that the secretary of state indeed has asked Hawaii for the answers. In fact, he said, there was a conversation about proper procedures to submit the request.

“We are awaiting their response,” he said.

In the past, the state of Hawaii has been inconsistent in making statements about Obama’s birth records.

After Obama released the online image in 2011, state officials said the original was in state files and it remained confidential.

The image released April 27 by the White House was described by Obama administration officials as “proof positive” of Obama’s Hawaiian birth.

At that time, officials in Hawaii’s health department and governor’s office refused to provide confirmation to WND that the image released by the White House accurately represented the birth documentation in the state’s custody.

State officials later refused to respond to a subpoena requesting the birth record, citing confidentiality. The request came from California attorney Orly Taitz in her lawsuit against the commissioner of the Social Security Administration over records related to Obama.

The case brought by Taitz was seeking the original application for Obama’s Social Security number, a document that could reveal information about the president’s early life relevant to his eligibility to be president.

However, Hawaii Deputy Attorney General Jill T. Nagamine refused to respond, according to documents obtained by WND.

“These subpoenas would require disclosure of privileged or other protected matter, and there is no exception that applies to allow disclosure to you,” she told Taitz. “Vital statistics records, such as birth certificates, are protected by strict confidentiality requirements under state law.”

Earlier, Hawaii’s former Health Department director, Chiyome Fukino, the one official who claimed to have examined the original birth document under lock and key in Hawaii, was interviewed by NBC News’ national investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff. Isikoff said Fukino told him she had seen the original birth certificate and that it was “half typed and half handwritten.”

However, the document released by the White House was entirely typed. Only the signatures and two dates at the very bottom were “handwritten.”

At the same time, Hawaii officials repeatedly have pointed to a state law that prevents them from releasing state records.

Fukino moved unwillingly to center stage in the Obama birth certificate controversy after issuing a statement on Oct. 31, 2008, in which she stated: “Therefore, I as Director for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

Later, in a separate statement, Fukino said, “I and Dr. Alvin Onaka have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

But those with questions have pointed out that neither statement revealed what the “record” or “certificate” says or clarified many of the questions raised over the issue. Do the “original vital records” and “original birth certificate” indicate a Hawaii birth or an overseas birth?

Adding fuel to the fire has been Obama’s persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers and his appointment of lawyers to defend against all requests for his documentation.

Among the documents not yet made public by Obama are his kindergarten records, high school school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and his adoption records.

“They caught the wrong Sheriff on this matter.”

Those seven words should have sent the message loud and clear to the Obama administration that they are in for a tough, and potentially embarrassing fight against Arizona’s famously tough Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Arpaio, who has attained the status of folk hero among the pro-border enforcement crowd, appeared on the Mike Broomhead show today in his first interview since being officially served with a suit by the Obama administration’s Justice Department.

Arpario was, predictably, entirely un-intimidated, condescendingly remarking that “it’s a political year” as his explanation for why the administration was choosing to target him at this particular moment. His braggadocio only increased from there, as Arpaio crowed, “Take me to Court! I love going to Court!”

Broomhead noted that even Arpaio’s detractors were asking for proof of the accusations against him. Arpaio responded that nothing had come out because there was no proof, and in point of fact, he was negotiating.

“It’s the election year. Go after the Sheriff. All these local activists like Wilcox have been ganging up with the ACLU and the Justice Department hoping that I’ll resign,” Arpaio scoffed. “But I’m not going to resign.”

The careers of most politicians would crumble under the heavy scrutiny that the self-proclaimed toughest sheriff in America now faces.

But despite a mountain of legal troubles, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio remains popular with voters and has more than $3.4 million in the bank for his November re-election campaign.

The Justice Department sued the five-term sheriff on Thursday on allegations that his officers racially profile Latinos- a move that has his critics saying that voters will finally be turned off and his supporters saying the development will only make him more beloved among voters who want a tough sheriff who doesn’t back down from anyone.

“He’s the new Wyatt Earp,” said Tom Morrissey, chairman of the Arizona Republican Party in a reference to the Arizona lawman made famous by the gun fight at the O.K. Corral in Tombstone. “The guy’s legendary.

“What he stands for resonates across the country,” said Morrissey, also a retired chief U.S. Marshal. “Hundreds sometimes thousands of people cheer this man, give him standing ovations everywhere he speaks. That speaks volumes.”

He said Arpaio’s hardline stance on illegal immigration and his tough talk have driven his popularity.

“He tells it like it is. He’s not polished, and a lot of times you never know what’s going to come out of his mouth,” Morrissey said. “The truth has a certain ring and Joe Arpaio speaks in that realm.”

Even as the Justice Department brought the lawsuit down against Arpaio, saying that he abused his power and violated the Constitution, the sheriff himself held a news conference and showed no signs of backing down.

“I will fight this to the bitter end,” a visibly angry Arpaio said, adding that the case will give him a chance to finally see what evidence authorities have to back up claims. “I’m very happy that we are being sued because now we can make them put up.”

He said nothing is going to affect his chances of winning in November.

“They know that I’m going to get elected. It’s a national issue,” he said. “I’m the poster boy. The national press is picking this up again … I can get elected on pink underwear.”

Arpaio has built his reputation in part by making inmates wear pink underwear, work in chain gangs and jailing them in tents.

His profile got even bigger when pushed for a stronger role for local police to enforce immigration law, launching 20 patrols looking for illegal immigrants since January 2008.

Thursday’s lawsuit comes as part of efforts to enforce a federal law that bans police from systematically violating constitutional rights.

Justice Department officials first leveled the allegations against Arpaio in December, saying a culture of disregard for basic constitutional rights prevailed at his office.

Arpaio denies wrongdoing and dismisses the case as a politically motivated attack by the Obama administration.

Arpaio’s office is accused of punishing Hispanic jail inmates for speaking Spanish and launching some patrols based on complaints that never reported a crime but conveyed concerns about dark-skinned people congregating or speaking Spanish.

The lawsuit also says that Arpaio’s office has virtually no policies or procedures designed to prevent or address discriminatory policing, and has no system in place to track any alleged misconduct by deputies during traffic stops, arrests or complaints.

State Sen. Steve Gallardo, a Phoenix Democrat, said the lawsuit eventually will shed light on corruption within the sheriff’s office.

“It forces Arpaio to go into a courtroom and explain a lot of these accusations,” Gallardo said. “You’re going to see the true Sheriff Joe Arpaio.”

Gallardo said that it may take a few years, but “at the end of the day, once the public sees the truth … I think the public will give a big thumbs down to Sheriff Joe.”

Antonio Bustamante, a Phoenix civil rights attorney and critic of the sheriff’s immigration enforcement, said that “there’s a big swath of voters that this will not sway at all,” calling much of the voting public in Arpaio’s jurisdiction racist and ignorant.

“People come (to Arizona) from other places and want to make it like Kansas or Nebraska,” said Bustamante, who said he’s a fourth-generation Arizonan whose ancestors came from Mexico. “A lot of those folks look upon us as the outsiders, and we’ve been here for generations. And we settled the state and were the pioneers of this state.”

The most recent reliable poll asking voters how they feel about Arpaio- conducted by the nonpartisan Behavior Research Center- showed that 41 percent of the 700 people asked thought he was doing an excellent or good job. Thirty-three percent thought he was doing a poor job and 19 percent said he was doing a fair job, according to the poll, conducted in April last year.

The poll had a margin of error of plus or minus 3.8 percentage points.

Arpaio has had no problem with fundraising, garnering more than $1.1 million in the past year. The majority of those contributions came from people living outside the state, with 2,700 donations alone coming from California, compared to 2,500 from Arizona.

Donors in Texas, Florida and Washington also made a substantial number of donations to the campaign.

Records show that Arpaio’s re-election committee had $3.4 million on hand as of Dec. 31, the most recent figure available. More updated figures will not be released until June or July.

Justice officials would like Arpaio’s office to seek training in constitutional policing and dealing with jail inmates with limited English skills, collect data on traffic stops and immigration enforcement, and establish a comprehensive disciplinary system that permits the public to make complaints against officers without fear of retaliation.

Separate from the Justice Department’s allegations, a lawsuit that alleges that Arpaio’s deputies racially profiled Latinos in immigration patrols is scheduled for a July 19 trial in federal court.

A federal grand jury also has been investigating Arpaio’s office on criminal abuse-of-power allegations since at least December 2009 and is specifically examining the investigative work of the sheriff’s anti-public corruption squad.

The sheriff’s office also has come under fire for more than 400 sex-crimes investigations- including dozens of alleged child molestations- that hadn’t been investigated adequately or weren’t examined at all over a three-year period ending in 2007.

Arpaio has apologized for the botched cases, reopened 432 sex-crimes investigations and made 19 arrests.

PHOENIX (AP) – Federal authorities have said they plan to sue Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio and his office over allegations of civil rights violations, including the racial profiling of Latinos.

The U.S. Justice Department has been seeking an agreement requiring Arpaio’s office to train officers in how to make constitutional traffic stops, collect data on people arrested in traffic stops and reach out to Latinos to assure them that the department is there to also protect them.

Arpaio has denied the racial profiling allegations and has claimed that allowing a court monitor would mean that every policy decision would have to be cleared through an observer and would nullify his authority.

Breakdown of Morale in the Ranks

A very interesting but not widely covered item in the news last week was from Columbia, South America where twelve members of President Obama’s advance security team were recalled back to the United States for “disciplinary reasons.” Hmmm… Have some members of the Secret Service, the nation’s finest and truest men and women, who are responsible for the President’s own personal safety, and who are supposed to be willing to lay down their lives to protect the President, finally had about enough of him too?

President Obama was attending a Summit of the Americas Conference this weekend in Cartagena, Columbia, on Columbia’s northern Caribbean coast, and just like everywhere else that our young, jet setting President goes, there was an advance contingent of Secret Service agents sent in there ahead of him to prepare the way for his visit, and to ensure his personal safety.

So what actually happened down there in Cartagena, Columbia in the week prior to President Obama’s arrival, to cause an entire contingent of Secret Service personnel, twelve Secret Service agents who were members of his advance personal security team, to be removed from their assignments and summarily returned home for disciplinary action? Well, the details are still a little bit sketchy, but I have never heard of anything like this ever happening before in my lifetime! So what do we actually know?

The twelve Secret Service agents included two high level supervisors. At least one of the agents is accused of employing the services of a Columbian prostitute. There were possibly other agents involved with prostitutes as well. This unheard of misconduct was discovered when a disgruntled hooker complained about not getting paid! The prostitute filed a report with the local Columbian police who contacted the U.S. State Department. All of this information was released by a Secret Service spokesman and was reported originally by CBS News.

According to hotel employees in Columbia where the Secret Service agents were staying, the agents had been drinking heavily all week long prior to the Presidents arrival. The Secret Service spokesman said this only represented a moral deficiency, not an operational deficiency. I would say that it represents both a moral deficiency and an operational deficiency, and a breakdown in morale as well.

Now why would there be a breakdown in morale and a lack of discipline among the President’s most highly trained Secret Service personnel? These are the people who are supposed to be willing to take a bullet for him! Could it be that they are unhappy about having to protect a man who according to the Constitution, and the best available evidence, is not even legally qualified to be our Nation’s 44^th President? -A man who many Americans view as a usurper, and whose Marxist policies to transform America are not well liked?

Does the idea of his forged birth certificate, now proved by the Sheriff of Maricopa County Arizona and his “Cold Case Team”, which were not disputed in a New Jersey court room last week by the President’s own defense attorneys, possibly have anything to do with this breakdown of morale in the Secret Service? One can only wonder if this,.. and other possible un-Constitutional acts committed by President Obama are starting to catch up with him, and are having a cumulative effect on the morale of the Secret Service agents who are charged with protecting him. ###

The Department of Justice is currently carrying out a large scale investigation into what they have called racial profiling throughout Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s office.

These so far unproven charges come as Arpaio continues his groundbreaking cold case posse investigation into Obama’s fraudulent birth certificate and Selective Service card.

Negotiations between the two sides have come to a halt after Arpaio, refusing to bow to a clear cut federal power grab, refused to allow a government run embedded monitor in his office.

An article from Abc News essentially came from the controlled government perspective that it is somehow odd that an elected sheriff would not let the federal government hijack his department.

The Justice Department has cut off negotiations with Sheriff Joe Arpaio and officials with the Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff’s Office in its effort to install an independent monitor to rein in the unconstitutional tactics used by officers there.

Arpaio, who calls himself “America’s Toughest Sheriff,” defied the Justice Department suggestion that it could sue the county and the sheriff’s office to force the issue.

“I am the constitutionally and legitimately elected Sheriff and I absolutely refuse to surrender my responsibility to the federal government,” he said in a letter the Justice Department today. “And so to the Obama administration, who is attempting to strong arm me into submission only for its political gain, I say, ‘This will not happen, not on my watch!

Meanwhile, the chief prosecutor of Maricopa County Arizona has accused the DOJ of spreading misinformation and attempting to foment unrest in Arizona.

Demanding that the feds put up or shut up, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery has called out the Federal Government with his clear and public call for information on the case to be released, if it exists.

Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery accused federal officials of spreading misinformation and trying to foment unrest in Maricopa County by not providing proof that Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s agency engages in discriminatory police practices.

Montgomery on Wednesday made his strongest statements yet about the investigation into Arpaio’s office, calling on the U.S. Department of Justice to “put up or shut up” by disclosing what evidence it has in its case.

“I want to make it absolutely clear: If the Department of Justice actually has information that supports their assertion that there continue to this day systemic concerns of discriminatory policing or racial profiling, I demand — I demand as the chief prosecutor of Maricopa County, I demand as the duly elected officer with responsibility for prosecutions — to be given that information immediately,” Montgomery said. “This posturing, this playing hide the ball in the context of civil litigation, is disgusting, particularly when it involves criminal prosecutions.” Source: AZCentral

In an article on Infowars.com, Patrick Henningsen pointed out the connections between the racial profiling investigation and Obama’s push to secure the Hispanic vote as well as the Cold Case Posse’s investigation into Obama himself.

There may be other political reasons to force an Arpaio resignation in 2012, besides what critics claim as currying favor with Arizona’s hispanic voting bloc before the November elections. Not least of all, is because of the Sheriff’s Office’s own Cold Case Posse law enforcement investigation into the validity of President Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service draft card.

According to his team, early returns for the investigation have turned up conclusive evidence on two counts. “What we are looking at is two possible forged government documents”, explains Arpaio.

In the past Arapio has publicly claimed that the DOJ is targeting over a dozen different sheriffs throughout the country in a bid to fully control locally elected sheriffs.

(Phoenix, AZ) A series of meetings between representatives for Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the U.S. Department of Justice were slated to begin tomorrow to discuss ways to resolve allegations of racial profiling by Sheriff’s
employees.
But hours before the first meeting, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Roy Austin of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division called Arpaio’s attorneys with an ultimatum. Austin stated that it was absolutely mandatory for
the Sheriff’s Office to agree to have an outside monitor otherwise there is no reason for further meetings

Appointment of an outside monitor essentially usurps the powers and duties of an elected Sheriff and transfers them to a person or group of persons selected by the federal government. Every policy decision, every operation, every neprogram in the jails and in enforcement, virtually everything would have to be approved by the monitor, nullifying the authority of the elected Sheriff and eviscerating the will of the citizens of Maricopa County.

“I am the constitutionally and legitimately elected Sheriff and I absolutely refuse to surrender my responsibility to the federal government. And so to the Obama administration, who is attempting to strong arm me into submission only for its political gain, I say, ‘This will not happen, not on my watch!’”

Sheriff’s Deputy Director and Attorney Jack MacIntyre says a federal monitor is
the most extreme proposal, particularly in light of the fact that the federal
government has refused to provide any details or proof as to how they came to
the conclusion that Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office employees engage in
patterns and practices of racial profiling as well as other unsupported claims that
the DOJ has widely publicized.
MacIntyre stated “We have never agreed to a monitor replacing the duly elected
Sheriff. We have always been open to negotiating these issues raised by the DOJ,
but never the appointment of a monitor.” END

Considering the complete blackout by the media (press and TV) of the findings of blatant and absolute forgery of Mr. Obama/Soetoro’s Certification of Live Birth and his Selective Service Registration Form, and despite the fact that videos of these revelations have been viewed on YouTube by over a million people around the world (www.TinyURL.com/bmphw6p), it can now be concluded with absolute certainty that:

1.    The Congress and the Department of Justice have no intention of honoring their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution, and;

2.    The General Elections of 2012 will be meaningless if Obama/Soetoro’s name is on the ballot in November of 2012.

Therefore, I am calling on all patriotic citizens to step up to the plate and send 3 letters (snail-mail, USPS, $1.35 total cost) to their 3 personal Congress-members (2 Senators and the Representative for their District), – letting them know that:

1.    You know that, by their acknowledging Mr. Obama/Soetoro as being lawfully seated in the Office of President, they are aiding and abetting in the legitimization of an act of Treason: the unconstitutional altering of our Constitutional form of government by force of contrivance, concealment, dissembling, and deceit.

2.    You are charging them with Treason – for acknowledging and legitimizing that which is known to be unlawful, unconstitutional, and illegitimate.

3.    They can remove their labeling and charges of Traitor, by publicly acknowledging Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s evidences of forgery and fraud, and by taking the steps necessary to remove Obama/Soetoro from our White House, and his name from the ballot – NOW, not in the general elections of 2012.

Below is a copy of the letter that I have mailed to all three of my Congress-members, all endowed with a Scarlet Letter ‘T’ for Traitor.

You may copy and paste it into your own Word Processor, then simply change it to the names of your own Senators and Representative, and perhaps adding your own Senators and Representative’s pics (with a ‘T’ for Traitor, and a ‘P’ for Patriot) if you so choose. If you would like help in this, send me the names of your Senators and Representative – and I will apply the ‘T’s and the ‘P’s for you.

That would be just 435 letter-writers in the 435 districts that make up the 112^th Congress. If they get more than one from your district, so much the better.

As a citizen/legal resident of the United States, with the privilege and honor of living under the Constitution, it is my duty to inform you that We, The People, are now aware of your complicity in an act of treason that is a clear and present danger to our national security.

Following a 6 month detailed investigation by the Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, it has been determined conclusively and unequivocally that documentation presented by Mr. Obama/Soetoro (ostensibly his Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth and his 1980 Selective Service Registration) to obtain and maintain the Office of President and Commander in Chief, are complete, blatant, and absolute FORGERIES.

By these gross and verifiable acts of forgery and Mispersonization of Identity, Mr. Obama has disrespected and usurped the Office of the Presidency, and by your obvious and continued acceptance and recognition of this obvious usurpation of the Office of the Presidency, you have knowingly legitimized this act of usurpation and treason, and this blatant threat to our national security.

For this violation of your oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, you have now earned a Scarlet Letter of shame: not an ‘A’ for Adultery, but a ‘T’ for Traitor.

Once the Truth of this open and obvious violation of our Constitutional right to only a natural born Citizen (nor a forger and imposter – committing ‘high crimes’ while usurping ‘high Office’) for the Office of President, – once this is known to enough of Us, The People (over a million have already viewed these revelations on YouTube: www.TinyURL.com/bmphw6p), then your part in this act of treason will become known, you will be indicted, … and justice will be done!

However, there is one hope for redemption, and a chance for you to earn a Scarlet Letter ‘P’ for Patriot. And that is to take the steps necessary to expose this gross violation of the Constitution (and your oath to uphold and defend it), to ascertain that Mr. Obama/Soetoro’s name is NOT on the ballot in 2012, and to take the steps necessary to remove this unconstitutional and unlawful risk to our National Security from our White House and the Office of the Presidency.

 Time is of the essence. I look forward to your immediate response … and your patriotic act of exchanging your Scarlet Letter ‘T’ for Treason  for a Scarlet Letter ‘P’ for Patriot.

The Selective Service System has declined Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s request to see the original copy of Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration form.

Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigating Obama’s eligibility announced at a March 1 press conference that it believes there is probable cause that the registration is fraudulent.

A three-sentence March 22 letter written on behalf of Selective Service Director Lawrence G. Romo, however, dismissed the request.

“This Agency has no evidence that President Obama’s 1980 registration is not authentic,” wrote Richard S. Flahavan, associate director of public & intergovernmental affairs

Apparently refusing to take seriously Arpaio’s investigation, Flahavan referred the sheriff to the FBI.

On March 7^th, 2012, Pravda called out the U.S. press for its deliberate neglect of the largest scandal in modern American history. Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio released credible forensic evidence that Barack Obama, presumed President of the United States, presented to the world a forged Birth Certificate on April 27th, 2011.

Since then, the scandal has only expanded. Former United States Postal Service worker Allen Hulton has recently come forward with compelling testimony given under Oath, which leads to only one conclusion: Barack Obama attended College in the United States as a Foreign Student.

In the summer of 2008 the presidential primary season was winding down, and America could not help but note the fervor a significant number of media personalities expressed while supporting the candidacy Barack Obama. Indeed, it was collectively decided within the liberal media, that Obama’s associations with racist pastors and violent domestic terrorists was to be suppressed.

The exposure of the “Journolist” email scandal in 2010 made this glaringly clear: Stories like Obama’s ties to Reverend Jeremiah Wright Jr. of the Trinity United Church, and more relevant, to Bill Ayers and his radical past in the Weather Underground Organization were to remain largely un-reported and uninvestigated. Any realistic investigation into Barack Obama’s background was to be minimized, inquiries eventually mocked, and investigators labeled racists.

These tactics have isolated honest media who could and should have reported on these and other important stories yet have inexplicably remained silent. Now we know why. More on this in a moment.

The Postman

Retired United States Postal Worker Allen Hulton recently signed a sworn affidavit for the Maricopa County, Arizona Cold Case Posse convened by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, attesting under oath, to conversations with Mary Ayers, the mother of Bill Ayers. He made his testimony public in a three hour long taped interviewed on March 19^th, 2012. Mr. Hutton, by signing an affidavit has subjected himself to laws regarding perjury, not something to be taken lightly as telling the truth is now for him a requirement of law.

His testimony states Mary and Tom Ayers (Parents of Bill ”I don’t regret setting bombs” Ayers) were sponsoring Barack Obama as a foreign student, and financially supporting his education.

This is a huge revelation on not one, but two separate fronts.

Bill Ayers of dubious “Weatherman” fame, was not just “a guy who lives in my neighborhood”, as then candidate Obama brushed aside. The video linked here comes from a televised DNC Debate in the summer of 2008. As Hillary Clinton revealed then, Obama served in a paid position on the Woods Foundation with Bill Ayers and the two were involved in several projects dispersing millions of dollars over several years.

Realistically, the Ayers family could be said to have adopted Barack Obama, if not as a son then certainly as a kindred Marxist spirit, and treated him to one of the finest educations possible.

There is little doubt Mr. Obama has been less than honest with regard to the Ayers family and their significance in his life.

As disingenuous as this is, it is by no means the most important revelation.

If correct, and Obama was introduced to Hulton as a Foreign Student, this means Barack Hussein Obama would have been using a Foreign Passport to get and prove his foreign student status for entrance into Occidental College, Columbia, and later Harvard Universities. Because Hulton has signed an Affidavit, this cannot be disregarded as mere hearsay; it is instead evidentiary in nature.

The significance of this development may not be immediately apparent until one recognizes American law regarding citizenship status. Citizenship laws as expressed in Title 8 of the United States Code states the use of a Foreign Passport constitutes adult recognition of relinquishment of American Citizenship:

8 USC 1481

(a) A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by voluntarily performing any of the following acts with the intention of relinquishing United States nationality—

(1) obtaining naturalization in a foreign state upon his own application or upon an application filed by a duly authorized agent, after having attained the age of eighteen years; 8 USC 1481

Using a foreign passport in order to obtain status as a foreign student is precisely that, proof of naturalization in a foreign state.

The child Barack Obama became an Indonesian Citizen when he was adopted by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro and the family’s subsequent relocation to Indonesia. Young Barack by law needed Indonesian Citizenship in order to attend school, and his adoption provided this. Indeed, in young Barack’s situation adoption was necessary to gain it.

In his defense, Obama supporters have claimed for years if the president had lost his American Citizenship as a child, he did not in fact lose it because the actions of a parent cannot permanently remove a child’s American natural born citizenship status. This fallacious argument once had some validity within the confusing morass that is American Citizenship law, the nature of which is a challenge for immigration attorneys even today.

However, Hulton’s story and sworn affidavit would confirm that Barack Obama renounced what American citizenship status he had as an adult over the age of 18, by attending college as a foreign student using a foreign passport.

This would explain the president’s refusal to release his college records. These records will easily prove or disprove his status as a Foreign Student. This is the importance of U.S. Postal worker Allen Hulton’s testimony. Unless Obama formally renounced that foreign citizenship, there is the distinct possibility he is not an American Citizen, let alone a Natural Born Citizen.

In reality, due to his father’s British heritage, Mr. Obama was never a Natural Born Citizen to begin with, and admitted precisely this on his “Fight the Smears” website, stating that he was born under the British Nationality Act of 1948. This website “http://my.barackobama.com/page/content/fightthesmearshome/” has since been removed from the live internet to re-direct to Attackwatch.com “http://www.attackwatch.com/”. Clearly Mr. Obama has relied upon confusing the American people as much as possible in order to make the truth as difficult as possible to ascertain.

Selective Service Fraud

Equally unreported by the U.S. media is that of the Selective Service Card which registered Barack Obama for the Draft in 1980. Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse released information on March 1^st 2012 that this document is also “Highly Suspicious” of being a forgery, along with Mr. Obama’s “Long Form Birth Certificate” which was released by the president in the White House press room on April 27^th, 2011.

One of the few media outlets reporting fully on the Cold Case Posse is the Tea Party Tribune of Arizona. On March 21^st, the Tribune reported that Sheriff Arpaio has asked the Selective Service headquarters in Virginia for the original card itself in an effort to determine its authenticity within the Selective Service System. According to the Tribune, Sheriff Arpaio expressed his confidence that the agency would investigate the matter. This remains to be seen.

Has the wider American media addressed any of this in context? It may be the largest scandal in American history, certainly the most significant constitutional crisis the nation has faced since the end of the Civil War…

No.

They don’t dare.

Censorship: It is not a rumor.

Amendment I

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

The First Amendment will not prevent a few thugs funded by a private citizen or corporation from paying strategic individuals personal visits though, will it? Now we know why the remaining honest media has remained suspiciously silent.

Rumors of censorship of the American press have circulated at various times over the last several years. It seemed impossible that credible and realistic questions could exist concerning Barack Obama’s qualifications for President, yet be somehow missed by the main stream media. Indeed, the media in general is very aware of these questions, however they cannot ask them, let alone report on them. Just one example is Media Matters, funded by the George Soros Foundation, which has repeatedly and openly threated Talk Radio hosts like Rush Limbaugh and his advertisers. Many have given in to the threats merely to stay in business.

In late May 2011 Dr. Jerome Corsi PhD. published “Where’s the Birth Certificate?: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President”. At about the same time, a concerted behind the scenes effort was made to silence the press with regard to the ever increasing questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility.

A telephone interview March 22^nd with Cold Case Posse Lead investigator Mike Zullo revealed the Posse had received “highly credible” information from three separate, unrelated, credible sources detailing information regarding a nationally syndicated Conservative Talk Radio show. This major very well-known host had a fill-in the day the script called for a discussion of Barack Obama’s persistent and unanswered questions regarding his citizenship status.

The executive producers of the national show, 3 hours before air time, pulled the script literally leaving the temporary host with no script whatsoever.

For a nationally syndicated show, this is absolutely unheard of, particularly with a fill-in doing the show. Programing is scheduled days in advance as hours of work and preparation often go into them; it is after all a business and one which must inform accurately. To have a script tossed just hours before airing is simply not done without explanation or substitution.

Lead Investigator Zullo revealed in this conversation that several individuals have come forth to provide testimony; the identity of these witnesses is being withheld for their protection. They identify producers, reporters, T.V. and radio personalities who have been told specifically by intimidating individuals who state clearly, they are not going to report on this story. These witnesses have been told: “If you breathe a word about it on air, we will make certain you never work in this business again,” said Investigator Zullo. Apparently those making the threats have the power to carry through on them.

Some of these witnesses have been told this along with a sinister inquiry into how a family member is doing over at  XYZ (details have been changed to protect witness identity), or some other means of letting that person know the powers that be know exactly where their family members are…

There are a few however with the courage to speak out and report on this story. Talk radio show host Rodger Hedgecock recently had Sheriff Joe Arpaio on his show. “This is probably the biggest censorship blackout in the history of the United States…” said Arpaio, “Why?” he continued, “Because it has to do with the White House? The President?”.

How can the American media possibly pass on a story so huge, and so important – fraud committed by a sitting president? – Simple, it has quite simply been threatened into silence, and law enforcement is now well aware of it.

Those who are threatening the media are apparently dead serious: to the extent that no member of the media who has been threatened is willing to admit publically to it. However, there are several who have given their witness testimony, but have done so under the very strictest of confidentiality agreements. Collectively they are afraid of losing their jobs, or of their employees being further threatened.

This is no game, this is no rumor. Sheriff Arpaio and the Cold Case Posse have the information directly from witnesses who have specific knowledge of the threats, and there are a significant number of informants. Whoever is making these threats has the power to make those threats happen. It is being taken so seriously that no major media outlet has dared to break the silence.

Lead investigator Zullo, mirroring the comments of Sheriff Arpaio commented, “This is probably one of the most concerning aspects of this investigation.” When asked if this was thuggery, the reply came without hesitation, “That’s exactly what it is.”

Media moguls at the levels of a Rupert Murdoch are justifiably nervous. The implicit threat – beyond the direct threats made to their employees – involve investigations of media outlets along with their websites and their parent companies by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

“During our investigation, we actually were told [that media] had been threatened with FTC investigations. Commentators [had been] threatened with their jobs.” Lead Investigator Zullo told Bob Unruh of World Net Daily on March 7^th. These are the auspices of the federal government with the resources of a powerful nation backing them. The justifications for using such power are almost unlimited as RedState pointed out in August of 2011.

These federal agencies can yank broadcasting licenses, or take a variety of other actions which have the effect of making it impossible to do business let alone broadcast. It’s a brutal quid pro quo: don’t breathe a word on Barack Obama’s citizenship issues or constitutional qualifications for the office he has usurped, and we will let you stay in business.

To be brutally clear, the power and backing of the United States Federal Government is being used to silence the press about Barack Obama. Either outright or through coercion, the media is complicit in covering up the crimes of the fraud Barack Obama and his unconstitutional government. These patterns are clear and unmistakable.

Part two of this column will report on 9 State Attorneys General who have taken the unprecedented step of listing the continuing crimes of the Obama Administration with the clear intent to prosecute, which has also received little media attention.
