Ronald Reagan taught us, “How do you tell a communist? Well, it’s someone who reads Marx and Lenin. And how do you tell an anti-Communist? It’s someone who understands Marx and Lenin.”

Barack Obama’s mentor as a young man was communist party member Frank Marshall Davis.  As a community organizer he was a follower and promoter of the communist fellow-traveler Saul Alinsky’s methods and goals.  As a professional in Hyde Park he associated with socialist radicals such as Bill Ayers.  As an up-and-coming Chicago Politician he attended the church of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, an outspoken proponent of the socialist Black Liberation Theology. As president he appointed communist Van Jones to be one of his many Czars.  Mr. Obama says he is not a socialist.  However, simple logic tells us if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck you can be relatively certain it’s a duck.

Mr. Obama has told us that he seeks to be a transformational president like his idol FDR.  He was bold enough to tell us just days before the election in 2008 that he would fundamentally transform America.  In just one term he has accomplished much along the way to changing us from what we have always been into what the Progressives have always wanted us to be.

How has Barak Obama transformed us?  Into what is he transforming us?  A look at his impressive *list of firsts as president of these United States points in the direction he is herding us:

• First President to have a Social Security number from a state where he has never lived
• First President to preside over a cut to the credit-rating of the United States
• First President to violate the War Powers Act
• First President to be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico
• First President to require that all Americans purchase a product from a third party as a condition of citizenship
• First President to spend a trillion dollars on shovel-ready jobs and then joke that shovel ready wasn’t quite as shovel ready as he thought
• First President to abrogate bankruptcy law to turn over control of companies to his union supporters
• First President to by-pass Congress and implement laws such as the Dream Act and Cap-n-Trade through executive fiat
• First President to demand a company hand-over $20 billion to one of his political appointees
• First President to tell a CEO of a major corporation (GM) to resign
• First President to terminate America’s ability to put a man in space
• First President to cancel the National Day of Prayer and to say that America is no longer a Christian nation
• First President to have a law signed by an auto-pen without being present
• First President to send the families of fallen service members a form letter signed with an auto-pen
• First President to arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it (DOMA)
• First President to threaten insurance companies if they publicly spoke-out on the reasons for their rate increases
• First President to tell a major manufacturing company in which state it is allowed to locate a factory
• First President to file lawsuits against the states he swore an oath to protect (AZ, WI, OH, IN)
• First President to actively try to bankrupt an American industry (coal)
• First President to fire an inspector general of Ameri-Corps for catching one of his friends in a corruption case
• First President to appoint 45 czars to his office
• First President to golf more than 100 times separate times in his first three and a half years in office
• First President to hide his medical, educational and travel records
• First President to win a Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing to earn it
• First President to go on multiple global “apology tours” and concurrent “insult our friends” tours
• First President to go on 16 lavish vacations, including date nights and Wednesday evening White House parties for his friends paid for by the taxpayer
• First President to have 22 personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his wife
• First President to keep a dog trainer on retainer for $102,000 a year at taxpayer expense
• First President to publicly read from the Quran & tell us the early morning call of the Azan (Islamic call to worship) is the most beautiful sound on earth
• First President to recite the Muslim call to prayer in perfect Arabic
• First President to tell the military men and women that they should pay for their own private insurance
• First President to side with a foreign nation over one of America’s 50 states (Mexico vs. Arizona)

Mr. Obama is leading us from being the first among nations to being just another vote in the United Nations.  Now there’s a level playing field for you.  And now it’s time for another election, some say our most important, some say perhaps our last.

In many ways this election cycle is refreshing.  For generations the Progressives have pretended to be something they are not to win elections.  They have pretended to be dedicated to the American dream of personal liberty, economic freedom and the belief that America was different from other nations, that as the world’s first and most enduring modern experiment in a republic based on limited government we were exceptional.  Although the policies of the Progressives have always been at odds with this assumed identity at least every election cycle they would tip their hat to the America of our fathers and portray themselves as a Thomas Jefferson or an Andrew Jackson.

Therefore, 2012 is shaping up to be the election where the Progressives cast aside their mask and run as who they are: the American version of socialism promising to tax the rich and spread the wealth around, from each according to their ability to each according to their need.

If Mr. Obama wins re-election on this platform the Progressives will finally have their chance to give Americans the same kind of cradle-to-grave utopia the happy people of Russia, China, North Korea, and Hitler’s Germany have had the fortune to endure.  If Mr. Obama wins re-election espousing the true intentions of the Progressives, to change the constitution from a rock solid foundation for freedom into a living document that is a dead letter, he will succeed at his vow to fundamentally transform America.

He will fundamentally transform the dreams of our fathers for a land of liberty and opportunity into the dreams of his father who was a pro-communist social engineer and America will become just another country trying to build heaven on earth by plundering some to benefit others.

As to his  utopian beliefs and aspirations President Obama has said, “I am confident we can create a Kingdom right here on Earth”

President Reagan also told us, “Socialism only works in two places: Heaven where they don’t need it, and hell where they already have it.”

Have you been watching the Olympics? Sure you have, we all watch it even if just a little – I’m not a big sports junky I watch it but I don’t live it if you know what I mean. However, I do watch the Olympics pretty much all the way through – because I do like the Olympics… summer more than winter.

So a few observations that might otherwise go unnoticed – so I’ll skip the socialist propaganda opening ceremony National Heathcare crap and some of the other overly obvious junk and get to the more obscure and I’ll admit I can’t recall every little jab at the United States or some agenda driven piece I heard and nearly all of them came from NBC reporters (and I use that term loosely)…

One was a short bio on David Rudisha a Kenyan runner and the host of the bio said something to the effect that he was poor, from a poor country and he trained on a dirt track riddled with rocks that had to be moved every time he trained and the poorest of American elementary schools had much better tracks to run on. Yeah well that’s because we’re first world they’re the third world – and capitalism wins over tribal Depots every time. (NOTE: This is not about David Rudisha, he came across as a sincere and genuinely nice man thankful to be at the Olmpics and win gold. So congrads to him!)

Another thing whiners about  American’s basketball blowouts of beating teams by 30-50+ points – don’t want to get beat by 50 points get a better team. I heard this from some of the British commentators that it was unfair that America was so dominate in basketball.  Do you  hear the Americans whining about how Asia dominates Ping-Pong and Badmitton? (Still beyond me why these are Olympics sports) I’ve heard plenty of bleeding heard libtards whining too that we win by too many points… well boo-freaking-hoo!

Also I guess I’ve seen two or three bios about gay athletes – why? How does their gayness factor into their abilities as an athlete? If you are going to highlight gay athletes why not do a bio on straight and married athletes that focus purely on the straightness? Wouldn’t that be fair? ( I have a post I’ve written on the recent barrage of gay stuff on TV and media – I’ll post it later.) Your sexuality should not matter at the Olympics and I see no reason to bring it up if an athlete is straight or gay… it just doesn’t matter.

Mostly I’ve heard about how much better America’s training facilities are and how much better our athletes have it over these other little backwater countries where they athletes go out and herd goats all day before finding time to train with soleless shoes and tattered uniforms.  Yeah well that’s because we have capitalism and capitalism creates money and money allows you to have nice stuff .

Beside most of these backwater country athletes are going to college in the US on a full ride and some countries wouldn’t have any medal if it wasn’t for an American athlete… Dominican Republican I’m looking at you.

Anyway those are just a few – believe me I’ve seen a lot of little things that makes you go WTF?

Mr. Obama may not be the only President we have ever elected who has little real world experience, but he may be the first who has none.  And hopefully he will be our last.

President Obama’s latest insult to hardworking Americans has drawn massive press, at least in the portion of the Media that isn’t consumed with repeating and debating his false allegations concerning Romney’s business record.  It isn’t hard to understand how a Marxist would consider the accomplishments of a capitalist to be criminal.  It also isn’t hard to understand how a Marxist would believe that no one can accomplish something on their own; they do believe it takes a village to raise a child after all.  What is hard to understand is how America was gullible enough to elect a Marxist president when the evidence of his beliefs, his associates, and his political activities were so easy to see.

What will be utterly beyond comprehension is a majority of our fellow voters drinking the kool-aide a second time when it is obvious from Mr. Obama’s rhetoric that he is selling a blatantly anti-capitalist and anti-American line of constitutional suicide.

With serial apology tours, bowing to foreign leaders, and abandoning our surrogates to help install the Muslim Brotherhood throughout the Middle East, it is obvious Mr. Obama is a walking disaster for America’s foreign policy.  It is also obvious from the recession he has managed to turn into the Great Recession that his spread around the wealth transfer policies are an unmitigated disaster on the domestic front.  His record wouldn’t inspire anyone except a fellow American hating Marxist to vote for him, so his only viable tactic is to make the other guy totally unacceptable.  In the coming months watch as the President, his fellow traveler mouth pieces, and the Corporations Once Known as the Mainstream Media turn squeaky clean bland, boring Mitt Romney into a nefarious arch criminal who has built a massive criminal enterprise on the backs of exploited victims.

Even if President Obama really believes personal accomplishments, except his own of course, are merely the trophies of exploitation that doesn’t mean the rest of us should accept this as a legitimate premise for discussion.  The Democrat Media may want to spend endless hours asking Mitt to explain why he threw grandma off the cliff after stealing her Social Security check, but that doesn’t mean any sane person should waste time considering it.

A better question might be if capitalists have claimed personal success unfairly while using roads and electric grids built by others why is it fair for Mr. Obama to claim as his own the  fame for killing Osama when someone else started the campaign and someone else executed it?  Why aren’t the failures of his forays into venture socialism such as Solyndra, the Volt, or anything else his fault?  Our Dear Leader is a walking example of socializing the costs while personalizing the profits.  If it goes bad it was someone else’s fault, but if it goes right it was all him.  He has changed the famous Truman quote to “The Buck Stops with You” and since the teleprompter told him to say it he was able to do it with a straight face.  The saddest thing of all is that the dumbed down crowds he wows probably don’t know he changed the quote at all.

All of this is shaping up as a surreal election cycle.  We have a Democrat doing everything imaginable to lose.  He is abandoning the white middle-class, attacking capitalism, and lavishing insult after insult upon anything and everything Americans have always held dear including our founding principles.  We have a Republican who passed the template for Obamacare and can’t generate as much excitement as a Saturday night of rearranging your sock drawer.

America hangs in the balance.

If we re-elect a Marxist on a platform of class warfare and soak the rich, I imagine we will see class warfare and soak everybody.  If we elect a middle of the road Massachusetts Republican with a veneer of conservatism who is enamored of the foreign affairs advice of John Bolton, the angriest  of the neo-con war hawks I imagine we might get a reprieve on the Marxism as the government grows to sustain more wars for peace.

What’s a patriot to do?   Are we teetering on the edge, past the tipping point, or already careening into the Abyss?  Do we throw away our vote on someone with no chance to win?  Do we choose the lesser of two evils knowing that we will still be choosing evil?  Do we do as one of my oldest friends is doing: sell everything and leave the country before all this progressivism hits the fan?  Do we store food, bury guns, and wait for the zombie apocalypse?

The answers could be so simple.  Domestically we could cut taxes, cut regulations, and let the economy surge.  In foreign affairs we could follow the direction laid out by the founders: a friend to all and an enemy to none, withdraw our far flung international police precincts, make our homeland an impregnable fortress and let trade be our currency and peace be our policy.

Instead we face a future of austerity and contraction based upon a bloated government swallowing ever more of the American pie no matter who wins.  We face endless interventions and undeclared wars in quagmires defending a status quo that is no longer tilted in our favor.  China, the rising dragon of the East, is playing chess as our dithering Progressives moan about chickens coming home to roost, and political correctness prevents us from doing what we should do when we should do it.

We are truly between Barack and a hard place with every forward indicator pointing down.

These are times when I draw upon the true source and summit of my being and remember that the God of Heaven and Earth has not left us without understanding.  We face these problems because we have forsaken Him, and the only way back is through Him.  He told us long ago, “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”  That isn’t just an observation it is a promise.  And unlike our fickle politicians who merely want to tickle our ears, God always keeps His promises.

Therefore as we turn to face the change don’t be discouraged, don’t be depressed, and don’t worry.  God has our back if we will give him our faith. For He also told us, “A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you.”

Keep the peace.  Keep the faith.  We shall overcome.

It is a constant refrain on the left that conservatives are “selfish.” Those who want to work and keep the fruits of their own labor are castigated as self-centered and greedy, while progressives are held out to be all-compassionate and kind for supporting government-run programs for every malady under the sun.

Enough of that rubbish.

The term “selfish” in various contexts implies that someone wrongfully holds onto or gains something at the expense of another. While conservatives and most political moderates uses the term “selfish” to deride those who take things that do not belong to them — in other words, what that person did not produce or receive voluntarily from another — the modern left uses the term “selfish” to upbraid those who want to hold onto something of their own that is demanded by another.

The left therefore seems to assume that the life, labor, and property of any individual are the possession of “society.” This is a tribal, mystical, and frankly demeaning notion that is anything but concordant with civilized peoples.

If a person is born into the world and has the potential of leading his own life, which culminates in that person’s death and no other’s, then it is logical and moral to look at that living being as a totality.

In reality, a human being is not a cog in a machine, or a blob of protoplasm in a swamp of humanity, or whatever analogy reflects a part of a whole being subordinate to the whole. He is a sentient being, alive within the cosmos, and should be afforded every opportunity to direct his own inseverable experience, so long as he does not impinge on others’ right to do so.

It only follows, then, that choice and voluntarism should follow in every sphere of life and without artificial boundary. As in society, as in economy, as in politics, as in private life.

So in the course of a person supporting his own life, as capitalist economies allow the overwhelming majority of humanity to do, it is wrong for another legally and morally co-equal human being to extract life and labor from him. Coercive redistribution is a violation of the voluntary nature of the free economy; whether to work or to starve is a choice all people are capable of making. Reality is not coercive; it is instructive.

As the preconditions of voluntarism and choice vary in the economy, the definitions of “selfishness” tend to become altered in the language. In a free economy, people trade their labor at their own discretion. It thus becomes a moral affront akin to “selfishness” to take the fruit of another person’s labor, since one is free to work hard himself and is expected to trade value in kind.

In a socialist economy, withholding labor is considered “selfishness.” Enslavement to the central managers and to one another follows of its own accord.

If I Wanted to Make America Prosperous Again

First, I would ask myself how did our ancestors build America from an agricultural colony on the edge of civilization into the number one manufacturing and commercial nation the world had ever known.

Why reinvent the wheel if round ones still roll?

The early American colonies of the British were founded based upon the economic ideas of Mercantilism.  Governmental regulation of industries, trade, and commerce characterized Mercantilism as every aspect of the economy was utilized for national policy. This was especially true with foreign trade, which was determined more by national aims rather than individual or local interests.

The definition of wealth began to change in the sixteenth century.  During the Middle Ages, wealth was defined by the amount of productive land a nation possessed.  As transportation, especially by sea, improved so did the ability to conduct foreign trade bringing with it an increase in the amount of cash generated by that trade.  The definition of wealth came to be the amount of cash a nation possessed.  Therefore every nation sought to have a favorable balance of trade.  They also sought to develop monopolistic type environments wherein they provided their own raw materials thus avoiding imports which meant money flowing out and fostering the export of finished goods raising the level of money flowing in.  Defining wealth as the accumulation of cash, the nations of Europe desired to conduct foreign trade on a larger scale, and they began looking for foreign sources of gold, silver, and raw materials.

This brings us to the British effort to develop North Americas a source of wealth.

The Chesapeake colonies of Virginia and Maryland were the first successful British colonies in what was to become the United States of America.  Though the initial colonists came looking for gold they soon learned that prosperity came not from a shovel but instead from a plow.  It was tobacco that primed the pump and lifted the colonies from a burden to a benefit for the mother country.  After years of mounting expenses for the British and years of starvation for the colonists the cultivation of tobacco brought prosperity. Virginia’s production of tobacco grew from 200,000 pounds in 1624 to 3,000,000 pounds in 1638 overtaking the West Indies as the number one supplier of tobacco for all of Europe thus boosting Britain’s balance of trade.

The cultivation of tobacco fostered a plantation system based upon indentured and slave labor.  A gentrified class of great planters sought to replicate the social structure of Britain with a small number of very rich ruling a large number of small land holders who prospered to a certain extent but never enough to challenge the status quo.  The wretched poor of Britain who had come to the Chesapeake colonies to find a better life did find more opportunity and the ability to advance from the landless poor to the ranks of yeoman farmer.  However, there was little opportunity to enter the ranks for the gentry which became a type of American nobility.

New England, because of the soil, the climate, and the fact that there was no major cash crop that grew well in the area, did not lend itself to large plantations.  Most farmers were operating at a subsistence level.  If they did generate a surplus it was in crops that were not easily transported across the ocean, and they were also crops that could be grown in England and were not needed as imports.

This climatic and environmental adversity did not condemn New England to being a poor relation to the Chesapeake nobility.  Instead the New English diversified, innovated, and used individual enterprise to not only match but to surpass Chesapeake and every other colony in the British Empire.  Those who settled New England were Puritans who sought to purify the Anglican religion of ceremony and return it to what they saw as the simplicity of early Christianity.  They did not believe that good works brought salvation but they did believe that salvation brought good works.  Therefore they sought to occupy their time with productive activity to glorify God through their labors.  This was a manifestation of what the sociologist Max Weber later called , “The Protestant work ethic.”  Whatever you choose to call it, it was this drive to succeed no matter what the adversity that led the New English to look beyond the soil, beyond the climate and to the opportunity.

First they exploited the fisheries of the Northeast.  In 1641 the New English caught 600,000 pounds of fish much of which was exported to Britain.  By 1645 they were catching more than 6,000,000 pounds per year employing more than a thousand men on 440 ships.  They came to dominate the fish trade shipping not only to Britain and its empire but also to Spain,Portugal, the Azores, Madeira, and the Canary Islands.

By the end of the 1600s the merchants of the New English coast began to circle the globe trading the fish, surplus crops, and lumber of their area to all parts of the British Empire.  They became such shrewd traders that soon American ships were carrying trade from one colony to another even when the cargo didn’t originate in New England.  This secondary carrying trade generated a growing profit that in turn rebounded in a number of ways.  The increased profits brought home financed increased industry and growth at home, and it also spawned a shipbuilding industry which exploited the vast resources of the northern forests.

Between 1674 and 1714 the New English built more than 1200 ships, totaling more than 75,000 tons.  By 1700 there were fifteen shipyards in Boston which produced more ships than all the rest of the British colonies combined.  Only London had more shipyards.  This was a significant engine of economic growth.  To build one 150 ton merchant ship required as many as 200 workers, mostly skilled craftsmen.  The shipyards also supported the growth of numerous enterprises to supply their needs such as saw mills, smithies, barrel makers, sail makers, iron foundries, and rope makers. In addition, the farmers of New England benefited by feeding the craftsmen, supplying the ships, and providing the timber.

By 1700 Boston was the third city of the Empire, behind only London and Bristol and the New English shippers were earning freight charges for carrying produce and material that was neither produced, shipped to, or shipped from their home colony.  The enrichment of the area spread prosperity far beyond the sphere of shippers, sailors, and their sundry suppliers.  According to Boston shipping register for 1697-1714 over 25% of the adult males in Boston owned shares in at least one ship.

All of these linkages produced an economy filled with diversification and development as opposed to the stratified monoculture of the Chesapeake colonies.

These trends continued as time went on leading to the industrial North eventually overwhelming the agricultural South.  The expansion and growth of America was based upon a foundation of hard work and innovation born of adversity.  Finding themselves in a hard place Americans found a way to prosper and grow like a young plant reaching for the sun.  Freed from the rigid restraints of the home country and then guaranteed freedom by the constitution and the limited government it provided America surged to the front ranks of nations.

Today, America labors under self-imposed adversity.  We are in the grip of an oppressive Progressive Movement that after 100 years of incremental advance is poised to transform America from what she has always been into what they want her to be.  America has traditionally been a constitutionally limited Republic operating on democratic principles providing individual liberty and economic opportunity.  The Progressives envision America as a centrally planned highly regimented social democracy where the wealth is spread around from each according to their abilities to each according to their needs .

If I wanted to make America prosperous again I would take off the self-imposed shackles of a central government on steroids, stop imposing new regulations, and reduce taxes everywhere on everyone.  Then I would stand back and watch our economy takes off like a rocket and we take our place beside our ancestors as free people with economic liberty and a will to succeed.

Now that it’s About Over…Or is it?

Rick Santorum threw in the towel last week and all but ended his surprising, come from behind political campaign for the Republican Presidential nomination in 2012. In so doing he dropped his conservative political challenge to rival frontrunner Mitt Romney, and he essentially handed him the Party’s nomination at Tampa in August on a silver platter. Now that progressives in the Republican Party have their typical, checked pants, country club, big business Republican nominee to lead the Party once again in 2012, they can turn their attention to defeating Obama, the other progressive candidate in the race, and to playing another round of golf at the country club!

In either case they win. I say the rest of us spend the rest of our time trying to elect REAL grass roots conservatives to both Houses of Congress this Fall instead of worrying about who is going to win the White House in November? And let’s see how well the Establishment does with Mitt Romney. They wanted him. Now they’ve got him! Let’s see what they can do with him.

Obama v. Romney is no “Thrilla in Manilla”! It is not my idea of a dream matchup and I personally wouldn’t waste my money on a front row seat! I don’t believe anything that either one of them says, especially now that they are both running for office. “Mr. Hope and Change” and “Mr. Etch a Sketch”, formerly known as Mr. Flip-flop will say just about anything now to get elected, or re-elected as the case may be! I believe their records, not their words! And progressives believe that if enough people are discouraged by their general lack of candor, then there will be a low voter turnout, and Obama will be the beneficiary and the winner by default!

But let’s take a look at their records. Mr. Obama’s record is a great American train wreck, at least if you actually love America unlike Michelle Obama who has only recently learned to love her country! There is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act with its individual mandates, the “let’s pass this Bill so we can find out what’s in it” approach to governing. Then there is the President’s support for gays in the military which literally turns our armed forces into one great big social experiment. Then there is the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act which allows Americans to be arrested in their own homes and locked away indefinitely. Then there is Elena Kagen’s appointment to the Supreme Court. And finally there is “Fast and Furious” the gun running operation to sell assault weapons to Mexican drug lords! I’ll just stop there…But Mitt Romney’s political record as the Governor of Massachusetts, and as a perennial Republican candidate for President, speaks to me in loud, strident tones followed by long uncomfortable pauses that are filled with sober, reflective thought about just who Mitt Romney really is too!

Sure I will vote for Mitt Romney in spite of his inconsistency, over President Obama. I am not crazy, or stupid! But let me be perfectly clear. Romney was not my first choice, or my second choice, or even my third choice in this race! I am going to hold my nose and vote for him because I have to, the same way that I voted for John McCain in 2008, but I don’t like doing it, and I am going to spend most of my time and effort helping to elect REAL conservatives to Congress. Let’s see if the Republican Establishment who wanted Romney so badly, can cajole enough conservatives to do more than just pull the lever or mark their ballot for this guy. To me he is just the latest model of a typical big business Republican to come down the pike from Washington D.C. I didn’t make Mitt Romney’s record for him, and I certainly can’t erase it and neither can he!

Let’s see if the Republican Establishment can get enough conservatives to get up off of our sofas and away from our favorite television shows long enough to actually go out and campaign for their guy. Now that he is virtually assured of winning the Republican nomination, let’s see if he engenders more than just a tepid response from conservatives, and more than mere grudging support for all of his inconsistency over the years with such statements like this, “I’m not trying to return to Reagan-Bush!” Let’s see if Romney can inspire even half of the love and affection that Ronald Reagan did, or engender any great passion or enthusiasm at all for just the latest version of an empty suit to be handed down to us by the political Establishment.

I’d like to make the following suggestion. Let’s all promise to hold our noses and vote for Mitt Romney in 2012, just like we did for John McCain in 2008. But at the same time let’s all promise to spend most of our time and effort helping to elect real grassroots conservatives to both Houses of Congress from local districts in States all across the country. Let’s try to take back Congress for the American people and for our children in order to effectively put the brakes on progressivism in our country, no matter which Party or which candidate wins the White House in 2013!

This will throw a big wet towel on whatever hot plans the socialist Obama Administration is considering if by chance they win again in November, but it will also put a damper on whatever progressive shenanigans a future Romney Administration might be contemplating if they win. Because if I am not mistaken, whoever wins the 2012 Presidential Election will be a useful tool of the Progressive Establishment, no matter which Party they come from! Why do I say this? Well for one thing, are you going to tell me that Mitt Romney is a man of such strong convictions and conservative principles, that he will actually have the courage to resist the call from the Progressive Establishment when it comes?

I don’t think so! Hell, he couldn’t even stand up to a few liberal members of his own State Legislature when he was the Governor of Massachusetts. That’s why he was Pro-Choice, anti –Second Amendment, and he fully supported individual mandates! I am not going to waste my time working to elect somebody like that! If he wasn’t running against somebody who is actually much worse than he was, I probably wouldn’t even vote for him!

But wait, there is breaking news coming from Colorado and Missouri. Maybe Republicans in those two State caucuses haven’t rolled over yet and they aren’t about ready to go silently into the night!…

No, Jihadis & Soulmates…Gaza Isn’t Warsaw

My friends over at The United West.org (http://theunitedwest.org/) recently posted a You Tube, with commentary by Alan Kornman, dealing with yet another “Progressive” dhimmi mouthpiece of the Jihadis, Josh Ruebner. He had given a lecture at Rollins College, near Orlando, comparing Israel’s struggle to survive with the Nazis’ plans to exterminate the Jews (http://theunitedwest.org/the-united-west-exposes-anti-israel-hate-propaganda-2/). Unfortunately, this is nothing new these days…

The video brought back memories which would up evolving into a chapter of my own book http://q4j-middle-east.com.

Several years ago, fair and balanced Fox News interviewed an Arab about the Gaza thing to get that perspective of the fighting. I can’t remember his name. It doesn’t matter.

His response was typical, an earlier rendition of Ruebner’s, and one that anyone who has followed the Arab-Israeli conflict over much of the last century could recite: The “Palestinians” (Arabs) are the new Jews, and the Jews are the new Nazis.

But– you reply–Arabs already have almost two dozen states on over six million square miles of territory, including one sitting on some 80% of the original 1920 Mandate of Palestine renamed Jordan. And Jews were stateless until the resurrection of their sole, tiny nation.

Shhhhh…

Don’t ruin a good fairy tale.

Besides, dontcha know, these ain’t Arabs, they’re “Palestinians” (so what if most came into the Mandate from elsewhere in the region).

Mr. Jihadi’s version of Arab Jews and Jew Nazis is the now popular Gaza is the Warsaw Ghetto claim, a la Ruebner. For that desecration alone, if there’s a Hell, they’ll both be there. And they’ll have Adolph–er Pat–Buchanan, from the Right (Gaza is Israel’s Arab concentration camp) and zillions of other anti-Semites (and I use that term very carefully) making similar claims keeping them company.

Given this ignorance, idiocy, or deliberate obfuscation, a bit of background is in order.

In 1940, the Nazis began to concentrate most of Poland’s three million Jews into several ghettos. The word ghetto itself comes from a much earlier Church legacy vis-a-vis the Jews. One of the debates among the Church Fathers had to do with what should be done with the “Deicide People.” Guess who those folks allegedly are?

The “gentle” St. Augustine won out–at least at some times and in some places.

So, instead of Jews being burned alive in synagogues or otherwise massacred (which prominent spokesmen like Martin Luther, “St.” John Chrysostom, and others suggested and which often happened anyway), they were to be deliberately kept alive instead–but, in such a lowly state, that when people looked upon them, all would be reminded of the Jews’ alleged crime and recognized as the Deicide People.

The ghetto was where the iron foundries were located in Italy–the smelliest, most unhealthy areas of the city…perfect for god-killers (I won’t insult G_d by capitalizing the previous word), gated and locked as well. These soon spread throughout Christendom, while the “Arab” World constructed its own versions, mellahs, for its own kilab yahud–”Jew Dogs.”

Does anyone seriously wonder why Israel had to be reborn? Obviously so…just ask Ruebner.

The ghetto in Warsaw was the largest. It held about 400,000 Jews who were told that they would be “resettled” to the East or, at worse, would be going to forced labor camps to work for the Germans.

By 1942, however, word of the Nazis’ true plans had made it into the ghetto.

The cattle cars were heading for extermination camps, part of the Final Solution. While some still kept their heads in the sand (not unlike too many Jews to this day), many faced reality and joined the resistance. This was harder for Jews since they often faced the anti-Semitism of the other folks as well–not only the Germans. The road to Auschwitz was indeed paved by many ingrained “religious” teachings…

The full-fledged uprising of David vs. Goliath began in 1943 in the ghetto.

Armed with some pistols, revolvers, home-made weapons and explosives, and some Polish rifles and such paid for dearly, the Jews took on their tormentors and embarrassed them profusely until the Nazis blasted every place they could possibly hide.

During the Holocaust, the Nazis singled out the women and children first. The attractive of the former might be used for pleasure before being murdered. The kids were killed right away as they were of no use…unless they wound up in the labs of Nazi doctors to be turned into human guinea pigs for all kinds of grotesque experiments. All of this is well documented. One and half million of the six million slaughtered–for no other reason than they were Jews–were children.

Okay, so now let’s take a look at the Jihadis’ and Ruebners’ of the world’s Gaza/Warsaw Ghetto analogy.

Unlike the Jews–who weren’t trying to kill any Germans–the Arabs of Gaza elected an organization dedicated to blowing both Jews and their State apart.

The Arabs killed in the Gaza fighting have been mostly fighters-–despite Arab claims.

The non-combatants who have been killed have deliberately been used as human shields by their own “heroes.” Where are the U.N., International Court Of Justice, academic, European Union, “Progressive,” and other voices crying out about this blatant Arab war crime? They’re as useless here as they are in stopping Arab genocide in black Africa and elsewhere. When will Jihadi sycophants like Ruebner pay a visit to South Sudan or Darfur?

Unlike the Nazis who sought out every last Jew for extermination, Israel has deliberately sent its own soldiers to their deaths on the ground, fighting door to door knowing, in advance, of booby traps waiting for them, but trying to avoid the deaths of non-combatant Arabs. Like the Syrians are doing right now with their own problems, the Jews could have easily blasted Gaza targets from afar.

When the Allies fought the Nazis and Japan, they fire bombed German cities and nuked the latter.

Israel is fighting Arabs who want it dead.

No Israel, regardless of size, is acceptable. Arab kids are brainwashed from the diaper to the camps to the schools to the mosques to murder Jews. Nothing Israel does humanely–treating Arabs in Israeli hospitals, supplying its Arab enemies (who else does that?), attempted compromises, and so forth–matters. Sad, but true.

So, why waste Jewish lives? The world’s duplicitous hypocrites, like Ruebner, will condemn Israel’s self defense anyway.

Unlike Nazis–who targeted Jews for just being Jews (as Arabs do as well)–Israel has tried its best, given the Arab human shield game, to target Jihadi combatants rather than just plain Jihadis.

If killing Arabs was Israel’s goal, does anyone seriously doubt that it could have made Gaza Arabrein by now?

Despite the phony analogies, at some point in the not-too-distant future Israel must make clear to all of the parties–especially an America under President Obama–that the next missiles and mortars fired at Israeli towns (as over ten thousand have been since Israel’s full withdrawal from Gaza several years back) will see Gaza turned into a remake of Dresden 1945, after the American and British fire bombing. Germany finally got the message and the war soon ended. Sometimes there’s no other way–especially if your enemy has genocidal intentions. Israel is allowed to defend itself–whether dhimmi Ruebner approves or not. All other nations fight to win in wars, especially if they’ve been attacked repeatedly. Only the Jews are expected not to do so.

Unlike the “civilian” Arabs’ murderous attitudes towards Jews and Israel which polls continuously confirm, Dresden’s German and Hiroshima’s Japanese civilians didn’t seek the destruction of America. President George W. Bush warned that those who supported terrorists would share in their fate. If that was sound advice given by an America three thousand miles wide and over three hundred million people strong, what’s minuscule, exposed Israel to say? A review of the Powell Doctrine for how America deals with its own enemies is in order as well.

Arabs have had years and billions of dollars in aid to begin building that 22nd state they say they must have. They’ve used the time and the billions of dollars to prepare for and conduct hostilities against their Jewish neighbor instead…a test of peaceful intent truly flunked with flying colors.

All of this must be kept in mind when Israel finally decides to fight to really win or to deliver, at the very least, the closest thing to a knockout punch.

As millions of my fellow Americans, I am extremely angry, outraged, and devastated by the Democrats’ unbelievable arrogance and disdain for We The People. Despite our screaming “no” from the rooftops, they forced ObamaCare down our throats. Please forgive me for using the following crude saying, but it is very appropriate to describe what has happened. “Don’t urinate on me and tell me it’s raining.”

Democrats say that their mission is to give all Americans health care. The Democrats are lying. Signing ObamaCare into law against our will and the Constitution is tyranny and step one of their hideous goal of having as many Americans as possible dependent on government, thus controlling our lives and fulfilling Obama’s promise to fundamentally transform America.

I keep asking myself: How did our government move so far from the normal procedures of getting things done? Could a white president have so successfully pulled off shredding the Constitution to further his agenda? I think not.

Ironically, proving that America is completely the opposite of the evil, racist country they relentlessly accuse her of being, progressives used America’s goodness, guilt, and sense of fair play against her. In their quest to destroy America as we know it, progressives borrowed a brilliant scheme from Greek mythology. They offered America a modern-day Trojan Horse, a beautifully crafted, golden, shiny new black man as a presidential candidate. Democrat Joe Biden lauded Obama as the first clean and articulate African-American candidate. Democrat Harry Reid said that Obama uses a black dialect only when he wants to.

White America relished the opportunity to vote for a black man, naïvely believing that they would never suffer the pain of being called racist again. Black Americans viewed casting their vote for Obama as the ultimate Affirmative Action for America’s sins of the past.

Then there were the entitlement loser voters who said, “I’m votin’ for the black dude who promises to take from those rich SOBs and give to me.”

Just as the deceived Trojans dragged the beautifully crafted Trojan Horse into Troy as a symbol of their victory, deceived Americans embraced the progressives’ young, handsome, articulate, and so-called moderate black presidential candidate as a symbol of their liberation from accusations of being a racist nation. Also like the Trojan Horse, Obama was filled with the enemy hiding inside.

Sunday, March 21, 2010, a secret door opened in Obama, the shiny golden black man. A raging army of Democrats charged out. Without mercy, they began their vicious, bloody slaughter of every value, freedom, and institution we Americans hold dear, launching the end of America as we know it.

Wielding swords of votes reeking with the putrid odor of backdoor deals, the Democrats landed a severe blow to America and individual rights by passing ObamaCare.

The mainstream liberal media has been relentlessly badgering the Tea Party movement with accusations of racism. Because I am a black Tea Party patriot, I am bombarded with interviewers asking me the same veiled question: “Why are you siding with these white racists against America’s first African-American president?” I defend my fellow patriots who are white, stating, “These patriots do not give a hoot about Obama’s skin color. They simply love their country and oppose his radical agenda. Obama’s race is not an issue.”

Recently, I have come to believe that perhaps I am wrong about Obama’s race not being an issue. In reality, Obama’s presidency has everything to do with racism, but not from the Tea Party movement. Progressives and Obama have exploited his race from the rookie senator’s virtually unchallenged presidential campaign to his unprecedented bullying of America into ObamaCare. Obama’s race trumped all normal media scrutiny of him as a presidential candidate, and most recently, even the Constitution of the United States. ObamaCare forces all Americans to purchase health care, which is clearly unconstitutional.

No white president could get away with boldly and arrogantly thwarting the will of the American people and ignoring laws. President Clinton tried universal health care. Bush tried social security reform. The American people said “no” to both presidents’ proposals, and that was the end of it. So how can Obama get away with giving the American people the finger? The answer: He is black.

The mainstream liberal media continues to portray all who oppose Obama in any way as racist. Despite a list of failed policies, overreaches into the private sector, violations of the Constitution, and planned, destructive pieces of legislation too numerous to mention in this article, many Americans are still fearful of criticizing our first black president. Incredible.

My fellow Americans, you must not continue to allow yourselves to be “played” and intimidated by Obama’s race or the historical context of his presidency. If we are to save America, the greatest nation on the planet, then Obama’s progressive agenda must be stopped.
