Does Obama ever wonder what his life is amounting to?

3:16 pm in 100 million, 2016, 30 million, abject misery, american law enforcement, day of reckoning, Featured, food stamps, government welfare, law enforcement agents, mexican citizens, michelle obama, no doubt, self worth, The President, trillions, Videos by Gil Guignat

The typical Obama constituent

Many people, especially when they get older, begin to wonder what their life has amounted to. After all each person has only so much time on this earth before the day of reckoning comes and has only so much time to squeeze some meaning out of life. Do you suppose President Obama wonders about the meaning of his life? What could that be?

Obama has had some major accomplishments over the last three years. Failure!

He has put close to 30 million people on food stamps. Failure!

100 million people are now on some kind of government welfare. Failure!

Real unemployment is close to 20%. Failure!

The economy after $5 trillion of over spending is going back into recession especially when Obamacare raises trillions in new taxes. Remember the Supreme Court has ruled that Obamacare is constitutional only as a tax. Failure!

President Obama has added more debt in his first term as president than all other presidents combined. Failure!

Our borders are no longer secure. Failure!

Obama’s gun running policies have gotten hundreds of Mexican citizens killed as well as American law enforcement agents.Failure!

There is much more, but you get the idea. This is nothing you do not already know.

What is intriguing is to wonder what goes on in President Obama’s mind as he piles on one failure after another. There is no doubt that his strength is failure at every level. How does he reconcile creating such abject misery and failure for millions of people and still hold onto a sense of self worth? His statistics at creating failure are so enormous that people are simply in shock. How does one relate to 100 million people on welfare now? This figure has gone up 100% since the president took office. This represents one third of the country. Oh! Well lets move on.

Can you imagine a conversation between Michelle Obama and her husband?

“How was your day honey? You look tired”, said Michelle Obama as her hero comes home after a hard day’s work.

“Pretty good Michelle! Today we dropped another million people from the employment rolls and we have almost added 30 million people to food stamps. When you consider that the average food stamp stipend for a family of four is $200, I’d say I have outdone myself plus it’s official we now have 100 million people on welfare”, President Obama said proudly.

“You are my hero honey. People are so ungrateful sometimes not seeing how much you have done for them. They should not have high hopes of financial independence, a home of their own and a better future for their kids than they had. That is so selfish and racist. You do so much for the world. The new normal is to see how poor we can make everyone. That is a true sign of virtue”, said Michelle Obama proudly and confidently.

If we wonder what goes on in the dim cavernous confines of President Obama’s mind, we also have to wonder how Michelle Obama gets a sense of satisfaction at seeing her husband sentence tens of millions of Americans to welfare and economic failure. We really have to wonder how they see this.

Do you suppose Obama looks at these accomplishments and says to himself that there is some meaning in lowering the standard of living of millions of Americans and sentencing them to no bright future for decades to come if ever? How does getting people killed by allowing gun running on the Mexican border figure in his calculus? This is a problem of Watergate-like dimensions with the House of Representatives filing a lawsuit in Federal court this week to compel the Obama Justice Department to hand over documents that could uncover a cover-up reaching all the way to the president himself. What does piling up one failure on top of another do for the president’s self image and legacy?

What does it mean to him to bring the economy back into recession and raising taxes by the biggest tax increase through Obamacare in the history of the world? How does he reconcile inflicting these horrible failures on tens of millions of people in his meaning of life?

What could he be up to as he is creating what he thinks is a stellar legacy for himself? The tens of millions of people who are losing everything because of his actions certainly will not benefit from his actions. They may never recover in their lifetimes so he must have some ulterior motive that we just do not see yet. Is it a case that some day we will see it and will be glad he did everything he did to the American people? Will the misery Americans experience now be well worth it and will they end up thanking him for sacrificing their children and grandchildren?

Or is his goal uncovered in the movie 2016:Obama’s America produced by Dinesh D’Souza that is now out in theaters. Obama has been a sneaky little devil not telling us what his plan was all along. Frankly, he should have insisted that we all go and watch the movie as soon as it was out so we would not have been kept in the dark for so long. According to this film, Obama’s main purpose in life is to dismantle the “colonial” America whatever that means in his twisted mind. Tear it apart and give the spoils to the “underclass” whoever they are and life would be just again. Just recently Vice President Biden gave $20 million dollars in Federal funds spoils to one of his friends so he could start a ca dealership in the Ukraine. Presumably that is what President Obama means by giving the spoils to the under class. The idea in the Obama reason for his existence is to make everyone poor rather than use the capitalist principles of the US and make everyone prosper.

As D’Souza points out, Obama is stuck quite literally in the mind of a child who has to believe that the Marxist-socialist tenets of his dad were worthy of a hero. Obama has somehow to believe that his dad who was an alcoholic polygamist knee deep in Marxist-Leninist socialist dogma was a god. Since Obama was abandoned by his mom and dad very early on his childhood he carefully honed his hero-worship-self-image in American universities.

Regardless of how Obama got his twisted thinking, we really are having trouble wondering how he garners a real sense of self worth as he gets older and makes a mess of everything he touches. It seems that he and his followers never matured as adults stuck with the minds of children who were easily taken in by Marxist-Leninist dogma that fosters grotesque resentments as a justification for annihilating humankind. Our country is in essence being run by stunted juveniles. We suspect that leftists like Obama know they are incompetent human beings incapable of contributing value to the world. They resent being like this and rather than admitting they are wrong and doomed to failure, they conclude that they need to make as many people as possible human debris.

In this way they can rush to fix the masses more and more with each new fix being a bigger failure than the previous one. In this way they make themselves look good continuously at the expense of others always at the expense of others. Perhaps, that is why Obama is addicted to lying because if people were told the truth about their fates they would run him out of town or worse. What a horrible way to create meaning in one’s life. Obama knows he has no future, no sense of self worth so his only course of action is to steal as many people’s futures so it does not make him look as bad.

It is hard to believe that there are human beings who live off of the failures of others. What a way to live.

The Three Great Scams of Our Time

The replacement of Truth by narrative and myth.

“Don’t disturb the order of the world, storyteller.”

– Mario Vargas Llosa, The Storyteller.

Corruption, delusion, and mendacity are nothing new as determinants of both personal and collective life. They are staples of human nature. But with the spread of the print and electronic media and the immediate accessibility of information at any time and any place in the “global village,” the opportunity for mass deception has become the distinguishing factor of our time. Sophistry and subterfuge have gone mainstream. The ability of dominant elites to influence and even control the thought-world of vast populations to an historically unprecedented extent is now an integral part of contemporary life.

There are, to be sure, various ancillary elements involved in the ubiquitous public hospitality to blatant fictions and professional guile, including the critical decay of education at all levels and the growing proneness to parasitical entitlements among Western electorates, accentuating the appetite for passivity and stoking what amounts to a handout mentality. A populace coddled by welfare gratuities will accept packaged ideas and doctored reports as readily as they do food stamps, tax exemptions, and government checks.

As a result, intellectual laziness has never been so widespread in a pampered and ostensibly enlightened cultural realm, providing a soft target for media disinformation and political propaganda to work their injurious will. (It must be admitted that even the dispensers of such concoctions are often under the spell of their own stupefactions.) Nothing else, it would appear, can explain the reflexive acceptance among those who should know better of the three consummate trumperies disfiguring the era in which we live: the Palestinian “narrative,” the climate change shakedown, and the ascent of Barack Obama to the most powerful office in the world. Truth is now at a discount as never before and has been increasingly replaced by promiscuous and sovereign mythologies.

1. In a recent “Nakba Day” speech delivered by a Palestinian official on behalf of Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was informed that the Jews have no historical right to the land of Israel. “We say that the nation of Palestine upon the land of Canaan had a 7,000-year history B.C.E. This is the truth, which must be understood, and we have to note it, in order to say: ‘Netanyahu, you are incidental in history. We are the people of history. We are the owners of history.’”

This speech was a follow-up to an incendiary rant Abbas addressed to the UN General Assembly on September 23, 2011. Standing before a regional map from which Israel had been erased, Abbas insisted that Israel had no connection to the Holy Land, which he claimed was exclusively Islamic and Christian, and received an ovation for his efforts. In an opinion piece in the Washington Post in December 2011, Maen Rashid Areikat, the PLO representative to the United Nations, glossed Abbas’ fictive account of the antiquity of the so-called “Palestinian nation,” declaring that Palestinians had “lived under the rule of a plethora of empires: the Canaanites, Egyptians, Philistines, Israelites, Persians, Greeks, Crusaders, Mongols, Ottomans, and finally, the British.” As Alexander Yoffe comments in a comprehensive article in the Middle East Quarterly aptly titled “The Rhetoric of Nonsense,” such unadulterated hogwash offers “not only…an indication of unwavering Palestinian rejection of Israel’s right to exist but…an insightful glimpse into the psyche of their willfully duped Western champions.”

Romney’s ONLY path to Victory!

7:29 am in cable television, carpet bombing, environmental vote, food stamps, free cell phones, gay vote, governor mitt romney, governor romney, independent voter, Ken Crow, military vote, mitt romney, radio show, right to life, Rush Limbaugh, Second Amendment, spotlight, television internet, The Tea Party, unemployment checks, Views by Ken Crow

If I were advising Governor Mitt Romney, I would strongly suggest. Sir; Take 5 minutes and read this!

For weeks now, the two candidates have been locked in a near head to head battle in the mid-to-high 40′s in the polling. They are both about to spend in excess of $1,000,000,000.00 carpet bombing America’s airwaves with advertising that say’s the other guy is nothing short of satan in the flesh. All for what? They are both after that elusive Independent voter in the remaining 10-15% that is not committed.

On Rush Limbaugh’s radio show yesterday, he made a couple of comment’s that struck me. They struck me for a couple of reasons. The first being, these are many of the same comment’s I hear from Tea Party faithful on a regular basis. The second, Rush actually gave the blue print to the Romney camp on how to win this if they heed the warning. Rush Limbaugh’s comments were as follows; (paraphrased)

In 1992, the mantra was “It’s the economy stupid”! Today with all of Obama’s food-stamps, nearly 2 years worth of unemployment checks, free cell phones and so much more coming from Obama, Americans are not suffering the way they were in 92. Americans have a roof over their heads, food in their stomach’s, cable television, Internet and they are happy. Even though the economy is much worse today, Americans are not feeling it as badly. Romney camp, read that statement, then re-read that statement! Rush Limbaugh is 100% correct.

The point being made here is this. Governor Romney; If you keep up with the “He said, she said” regarding Bain Capital, Jobs leaving America, Taxes on the rich versus middle class, then we lose! It is that simple. You are not going to win the Environmental vote, the Gay vote, the Entitlement vote nor the Right to Choose vote. You can spend $12 Billion and you will not win those votes. Obama is not going to win the Right to Life vote, the Liberty loving vote, the Small Government, Second Amendment nor Strong Military vote. On this we can all agree. Those are your 45-45% voters that have committed. So who is left in the middle? They are the INDEPENDENTS, IE: The Tea Party conservatives!

Who are the Independent’s? The Independent’s are those that usually support Ron Paul, Christian Coalition members and hard-core Conservative Republicans that burned their Republican voter cards in the last election.

I have had hundred’s of hours worth of conversation’s with these people. Governor Romney, they are NOT supporting you for a couple of reason’s. HOWEVER, you can win their support with a couple of statements, if they’re heartfelt and they believe your being honest with them. Make no mistake about it Governor, these voters are the difference in this election and you had better give them a reason to get to the polls other than just thinking, “They don’t have anyone else to vote for”. These folks will write in Sarah Palin, Ron Paul or Shamu. They vote on PRINCIPLE! Let me be clear here Governor; They number in the millions upon millions and they are the difference in victory and defeat.

So why do they not like you? They feel as though you’re a RHINO. They view you as soft and they certainly do not like your record on abortion, taxes, health-care and gay marriage in Massachusetts.

At this point in time, I am going to speak to the Governor Romney camp in terms of a Christian Brother to another Christian Brother.

Dear Governor Romney: I have given you the problem, now I am going to ask you a very poignant question. Yes, it is rhetorical. Are you a devoted Christian? Knowing that your an LDS member and have even been a President of your Ward Church ( similar to Pastor/Deacon etc. ), then I am going to assume you know the Bible very well. As well all know, one of Christ requirement’s for us, is to repent of our sin. I know that your church requires this of its members as well. Part of repenting of this sin is to admit that you sinned and ask forgiveness of that sin. Here is the question; Are you willing to go on national television and say My fellow Americans, I know that when I was Governor, I did sign some pieces of legislation that today, I look differently at, than I did back then. I am so very sorry that I signed them and I ask your forgiveness for doing so. I promise that I will never support abortion again, nor am I supportive of Gay marriage.”

The fact is this Governor, the Pro-Abortion crowd will not support you anyway. The groups from Planned Parenthood are already running advertising supporting Obama. The Gay and Lesbian coalition is very obviously not going to vote for you. So who’s votes are you losing by doing what I suggested above?

My final piece of advice is this. Pray about this! Pray hard, and if in your heart, you can look into the camera, be honest with yourself and be honest with America, then do this and you win. It is that simple. But if the Tea Party gets one small whiff of you not being totally sincere, then you have lost the election. Now is the time Governor. Are you truly sorry for supporting abortion? Are you truly sorry for encouraging and supporting Gay marriage? If so, then I highly recommend you take my advice, for you will NOT win without the support of these millions of principled voters. The economy is simply not enough to win.

Lastly, call Obama what he truly is. Call him a liar! Do so politely, but do it! Be John Wayne/Ronald Reagan. America is desperately searching for another Ronald Reagan/John Wayne. We want morality, honesty, integrity, the conviction and courage to state it plainly and we want our American advocate back.

See you at the inauguration Sir.

You might be a Nanny Stater… if you call 911 to complain about a sandwich.

9:01 am in duct tape, fast food, food stamps, FYI, Morons, nanny state, Welfare, WTF by AWG

I think it’s about time t0 start an act called… “You might be a Nanny Stater” a little takeoff on “You might be a Redneck” and frankly I’d rather be a redneck because they are ingenious, resourceful and creative and would prefer that the government stays the hell out of their business and I can assure you if a redneck’s sandwich wasn’t made to order the last thing they would do is dial 911 and I’d guaranteed they’d leave with the sandwich they ordered. So you might be a redneck if you tell the government to kiss your Rebel ass.

But what about the nanny staters?

If you look to the government for food … you might be a Nanny Stater
If you look to the government for housing … you might be a Nanny Stater
If you look to the government for money … you might be a Nanny Stater
If you let the schools raise your children … you might be a Nanny Stater.
If you don’t know how many children you have …  you might be a Nanny Stater.
If you go to the ER for sniffles …  you might be a Nanny Stater.
If you call 911 because your sandwich is short on cheese … you might be a Nanny Stater.

I’m sure in time I could think up more… so there is this, not even close to the first time and it won’t be the last time either. Some moron calls 911 to complain about how their how their food is being made or some other trivial matter that they feel unskilled to solve without government interference.

‘You’re calling 911 because you don’t like way that they’re making your sandwich?’ … ‘Exactly’

EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — A man angry that a deli had fouled up his sandwich order decided to take his beef to police.

The man, identified by police as Rother McLennon of East Hartford, called 911 on Wednesday and complained that he “specifically asked for little turkey and little ham, a lot of cheese and a lot of mayonnaise,” and the Grateful Deli in East Hartford got it wrong.

“You’re calling 911 because you don’t like way that they’re making your sandwich?” the dispatcher asked.

“Exactly,” McLennon replied.

Frankly in this age of the internet and YouTube it’s not enough to list their names as being a moron in some blog post or news story… I think they should have to make a YouTube video apology to the world for being such a moron and being allowed to breed.

Have them on video listening to their own stupid 911 call and then make a public service announcement that 911 is not for culinary complaint line, but it is for real emergencies like break-ins, injuries, auto wrecks, fires and other actual events that require emergency services – so while Mr Short Bus may think that not enough cheese on his sammie is a capital offense worthy of a call to 911 to gain police interference – I assure you it’s not.

This is the mentality of the nanny staters, the mentality that is dragging this country down – people lacking the skills to solve their own problems and relying on the government or any other government authority to do it for them, it’s truly sad that this country has devolved from the fierce independence that founded America to calling 911 over a sandwich complaint. How pathetic can you be?

What has this country come to?

  DIVORCE AGREEMENT

    –WRITTEN BY YOUNG COLLEGE STUDENT–

30 STAR RATING:

The person that wrote this is a college student. Perhaps there is hope for us after all.

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters, et al:We have stuck together since the late 1950′s for the sake of the kids, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has clearly run its course.

Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let’s just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.

Here is a model separation agreement:

–Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.

–We don’t like redistributive taxes so you can keep them.

–You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU.–Since you hate guns and war, we’ll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military.

–We’ll take the nasty, smelly oil industry and you can go with wind, solar and biodiesel.

–We’ll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street.

–You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, homeless, homeboys, hippies, druggies and illegal aliens.

–We’ll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO’s and rednecks.

–We’ll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood

–You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we’ll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us.

–You can have the peaceniks and Occupiers. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we’ll help provide them security.

–We’ll keep our Judeo-Christian values.

–You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, political correctness and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N. but we will no longer be paying the bill.

–We’ll keep the SUV’s, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Volt and Leaf you can find.

–You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors.

–We’ll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right.

–We’ll keep “The Battle Hymn of the Republic” and “The National Anthem.”

–I’m sure you’ll be happy to substitute “Imagine”, “I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing”, “Kum Ba Ya” or “We Are the World”.

–We’ll practice trickle down economics and you can continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot.

–Since it often so offends you, we’ll keep our history, our name and our flag.

Would you agree to this? If so, you might want to pass it along to other like-minded liberal and conservative patriots and if you do not agree, just hit delete. In the spirit of friendly parting, I’ll bet you answer which one of us will need whose help in 15 years.

Sincerely,

A Law Student and an American

P.S. Also, please take Ted Turner, Sean Penn, Martin &Charlie Sheen, Barbara Streisand, &( Hanoi ) Jane Fonda with you, and don’t forget Alec Baldwin, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga.

P.S.S. And you won’t have to press 1 for English when you call our country.

Forward This Every Time You Get It ! Let’s Keep This Going, Maybe Some Of It Will Start Sinking In.

Recovery? Half of American Households Living on Government Benefits

Some astoundingly grim news on the “economic recovery” front: half of American households are receiving government funds to support themselves. No matter which way you slice it, this number isn’t good news for the Obama administration — they can spin the jobs numbers by ignoring the number of people who dropped out of the workforce, but this statistic is pretty straightforward.

The 49.1% of the population in a household that gets benefits is up from 30% in the early 1980s and 44.4% as recently as the third quarter of 2008.

The increase in recent years is likely due in large part to the lingering effects of the recession. As of early 2011, 15% of people lived in a household that received food stamps, 26% had someone enrolled in Medicaid and 2% had a member receiving unemployment benefits. Families doubling up to save money or pool expenses also is likely leading to more multigenerational households. But even without the effects of the recession, there would be a larger reliance on government.

The Census data show that 16% of the population lives in a household where at least one member receives Social Security and 15% receive or live with someone who gets Medicare. There is likely a lot of overlap, since Social Security and Medicare tend to go hand in hand, but those percentages also are likely to increase as the Baby Boom generation ages.

It seems that Newt Gingrich’s nickname for President Obama rings true: he really is the “food stamp president.” More people than ever are relying on the state to support their families, and that’s a major indictment on Obama’s first term.

Furthermore, this puts even more pressure on the economic aspect of the presidential election. There’s no way to cut the deficit until fewer people are on the government payroll — unless, of course, Congress imposes massive (and sure to be massively unpopular) tax hikes.

Really, if this is the direction we’re headed, how many people want to keep going “forward?”

When Welfare Was a Dirty Word

When Welfare Was a Dirty Word

By Bill Colley

When Anna Nicole Smith died a reporter paid a visit to the woman’s home town and recorded some of the reaction to the news.  I recall reading the quotes made by a waitress working at a local diner at the edge of Smith’s hometown.  The waitress wasn’t at all sympathetic, saying Smith never shared any of her wealth with people back home.  I’m not endorsing the way Anna Nicole Smith lived and there is a larger point to the story.  How can someone who knew her peripherally claim an ownership stake in the woman and her estate?  It appears Smith fled her hometown with a belief there was something better somewhere else.  She took her demons with her and died tragically and young.  Her story suggests she had few attachments back home long before she ever left.

I come from what I suspect is a very similar small town.  I’ve also witnessed on rare visits home growing attitudes similar to the one reported from the waitress.  It wasn’t always the case.  As a boy in small town America welfare was a dirty word.  It was often a slur.  An uncle referred to some of his deadbeat customers as “wellies” and he would shake his head side-to-side making the pronouncement.

It wasn’t as if everyone getting government assistance was mocked.  There was an understanding some people found themselves in dire predicaments through no fault of their own, however.  If your disability was temporary then it was expected your time at the public trough would also be brief.  Then the liberals found a new marketing campaign.  Calling someone out for taking welfare was mean-spirited.  The media echoed the admonishment.  Do you remember a televised public service announcement from the 1970s where an elderly couple are setting the table and talking about dinner?  The husband turns to the camera and says, “Food stamps, they’re good for you!”  To try and further the social message the couple was black.  The latter fact didn’t carry much of a wallop where I lived.  Most of the people getting help from the government where I grew up were white.

Mocking people on welfare became politically incorrect.  Broach the subject on a radio talk show and the liberals call as if assigned and recite the talking points.  “I thought you claimed to be a Christian?” is one of the usual angry responses from liberals who haven’t been near a church since the 1980s.

Some years ago I attended a high school class reunion and an alumni banquet and remember speaking with a woman who attended my high school.  She explained her family had been on welfare throughout much of her childhood.  Not that I’d ever given it any thought but it wasn’t a surprise.  Since school she and all her siblings have gone on to spectacular success.  The motivation was fear of public scorn.  The children knew people whispered behind their backs when food stamps were presented at the grocery check-out and sometimes it was much more than a whisper.  Now that they’ve made some money in their lives I don’t believe the siblings are in any way required to drop by the diner and hand a bankroll to any waitresses (unless they work a Presidential security detail).

The siblings earned what they’ve got.  The liberals will argue they were horribly and emotionally scarred by the whispers and insist the next social engineering project is to eliminate the whispers.  Will that eliminate future motivation?  Like the anti-bullying campaign now enshrined in liberal dogma, the efforts to wipe away thousands of years of hardwired social interactions continues.  If the lefties are so married to concepts like evolution then why are they messing with nature?  Isn’t it usually the charge lodged against the rest of us for driving behind internal combustion engines?

I’ve spent about as much time in my hometown these last 25 years as Anna Nicole Smith spent visiting her home.  Would you blame me if I said I’m concerned I’d be asked to empty my pockets when I go out for breakfast?  Also I’m greatly concerned the number of people living on government benefits has grown exponentially and now it appears it may be a permanent condition.  Did some academics and government actuaries see this day some forty years ago and begin planning?  Was it intentional in order to create a needy class and to make the need culturally normal and respectable?  Then was it intentional to set the wards of the state against the producers?

About the same time I saw the food stamps public service announcement on television during the 1970s I saw the comedian Jimmy Walker on the Mike Douglas Show.  “The other day I read where there are 3 women for every man in this country,” Walker explained.  “I’d sure like to know who has my 3 women!”

Now substitute money for women and you’ll see a whole new paradigm.
