Jim Himes – Anatomy Of A Shameless Weasel

Remember the phrase, “Have you no sense of decency, sir?” It was made famous in the McCarthy hearings and is still used today anytime someone is caught trying to smear innocent people with guilt by association. Today’s democrats have turned this into a twisted art form that surpasses any perception of McCarthy and is more worthy of the realm of Goebbels.
Case in point: congressman Jim Himes of CT. (Although, he’s not alone. This is being used all over the nation.) Himes rode to fame a few years back with a merciless campaign of pummeling his opponent by linking him to the devil himself, George W. Bush. Fortunately for Himes, his opponent was UberRino, Chris Shays who voluntarily tied both his hands behind his back and obeyed Rino Commandment #11 – Thou Shalt Not Speak Ill Of Democrat Opponents In The General Election.
Himes is your typical liberal party hack spewing all the catch phrases like “investment in education, healthcare and the environment, yadi, yadi, yada…”, towing the party line supporting any liberal idea that will give government more control over your life.
Now, the marching orders and talking points have gone out from B. Hussein Obama and his national socialists to take a few stupid words uttered by an obscure Republican representative and use them to “prove” an entire group of people are at war with women. You’d think the guy was a drunken philanderer who drove off a bridge and killed a woman.
Of course, when this kind of propaganda gets to a shameless weasel like congressman Himes he knows exactly how to run with it. The top half of the graphic above is a snap from his own site, where he appears to be outraged and demands an apology from Akins. (Apparently, Himes has somehow missed the 50 plus apologies Akins has made.) Himes also links, by association, the entire GOP and Tea Party to this high crime they had absolutely nothing to do with.
Naturally, it’s easy for Himes to get away with these smear tactics with the “righteous wind” of the national media at his back. President Obama was conveniently teed up with a question from one of his National Press Stenographers asking if he thought Akins views “reflect the Republican party in general”. No member of the press is ever going to ask Obama or Himes if they think having Bill Clinton deliver the keynote address at their convention “reflects the views of the Democrat party when it comes to the rape of Juanita Broaddrick, the groping of Kathleen Willey, the exposing of himself to Paula Jones, the spraying of Monica Lewinsky with DNA, the serial cheating on his wife, etc, etc.” or any other examples of how these shameless weasels pretend that they are “fighting for women”.
